The staff Crown Jewell is superior! We had several projects that we wanted to be completed in our home: install an outdoor TV and sound system, hardwire internet and WiFi throughout the house, update our outdoor security cameras, and create a theater/game room for the family. Joe was very professional and thorough when he walked through all of the projects. His quotes for the installation of the outdoor TV, internet, and security cameras were very competitive. We decided to go with Crown Jewell because he was local, a contributor to our schools, and recommended by our neighbor. Going with Crown Jewell is a decision that we don't regret. Jimmy and Joe did an excellent job with the installations. They showed up on time, wore masks due to COVID, and most importantly described everything they were doing through installation. Since we had our internet updated, we have not had any connection issues inside or outside the house. The theater/game room is next on the list that Crown Jewell is completing. We are looking forward to enjoying this with the family!

Crown Jewell Entertainment installed the AV system in our home in September 2020. They did a fantastic job. Four televisions were installed and mounted, and a Sonos sound/music system was set up for the interior and exterior of our home. The work was professional and the project was completed in a reasonable period of time; despite the component supply issues created by the pandemic.

I've hired Crown Jewell on three occasions over the last 12 years. Every time they have advised me of available options and installed my sound equipment and flat screens, they have been efficient, reasonably priced, clean, and have never disappointed. I have been so thrilled with Crown Jewell, I have referred others to them over the years. Bravo !!

Joe and his team provided professional insight on our audio visual project at our new home. The previous home owner had a different setup for the family room; we wanted to open a wall to create a great room feel while mounting our TV over the fireplace and installing in ceiling speakers for surround sound. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable...and if he doesn't know an option he'll find out. Lisa is the great communicator. And a shout out to Jimmy who is always efficient and so pleasant. I've used Crown Jewell since 2017 for various requests or helpful suggestions from Joe. Who knew I could handle my SONOS Sound System from my iphone!! I fought it but it's an absolute musical dream existence for me in this 70 year old home. Joe also put in Door Bird, updrades my TV etc. I have an almost Smart house! He does it all... and very politely...

Crown Jewell is a great company for your audio - visual needs. Joe and Jimmy have installed security cameras, connected our shades to our Savant app, and set up our home (indoor and outdoor) entertainment system. Very professional, timely and great value. In my experience its hard to find a great AV installer but I would highly recommend Crown for any AV needs.

Joe, Lisa and Jimmy were great! I had a system 95% installed by another contractor and I could not get him back to finish the last steps. This was not a big job, but after hearing my sob story Lisa had Joe give me a call. Joe listened to my needs and gave an accurate estimate. Once approved he and Jimmy came out and finished the project! It's weird, the system worked, but the wiring was a mess and if you touched something, it stopped working. Joe organized all the wiring, installed better connections,and eliminated a whole bunch of excess wire. He made sure the new connections to other sections of the house actually tied into the network and he added an appropriate power source. Jimmy handled the programming and made all the smart systems at my disposal actually work. He tied all the devices into our Google account and made sure all the programs were downloaded and set up. Smart devices are useless if they are not set up and tied into your system! I am very pleased with Crown Jewell Entertainment Systems. They are professional, accurate in their estimate and pleasant to work with. They even made a follow-up phone call to make sure I was happy. I am impressed!

I found working with Joe easy and professional. He remembered my project eight years later and was able to assist me replacing speakers and troubleshooting the surround sound system. I was appreciative of his quick and courteous service.
