Domotics

Chris & Evan are very responsive when they're selling you their products & services, but when the equipment and technology that they sell you doesn't work, getting them to come fix the issues is a nightmare. They installed a Ring doorbell, TV's, home audio system, universal remotes, all operated through wireless technology, etc. for me in 2017, and we've had issues from the day we moved into the home. The outdoor TV wouldn't work, the remote would freeze, the Ring doorbell system malfunctioned and have been without a functional doorbell for months, the downstairs universal remote won't turn on/off the TV, now the remote won't change the channels. We were able to get them to respond to some of the servicing issues at the beginning after following up with them several times, but they've been non-responsive for months now and are having to look at other AV companies to come try and fix the issues with the Domotics systems. Sent text messages to Chris, left VM for Evan, sent an email to both....no response. I've talked to other people who have used them and we hear similar complaints about them being non-responsive. I would not recommend Domotics, there are other companies out there who can provide similar services, and who will respond to fix issues with the systems they install for you.

The gentlemen were professional and well skilled for the work that they were hired to complete, installing AV equipment. They made sure everything was working properly and area cleaned up prior to leaving.

Got to meet Chris and Evan trough my general contractor, who highly recommended them. I got quotes from 5 other providers and Domotics' quote was by far the BEST value. On top of that they provided amazing customer service. My installation was delayed because of issues with AT&T (go figure). Because of this it took Domotics 4 visits to complete my installation and even though the issues were caused by ATT they never charge me extra for the additional time needed to complete the install. We were truly satisfied with the set up and how they made it fit our budget. I would recommend Domotics to anyone looking for great value and quality.

Purchased a "Ring" doorbell with camera from Domotics. They were prompt, thorough, and finished the job perfectly. I would use them again.

Domotics AV is my goto source for all things controlled within the home. They have a great eye for detail and appreciate and understand the need for good sound and home controls combined with great design and aesthetics. Good guys to have on the project with a 'can do' attitude and great team players they make everyone look good! Also they know the latest and greatest when it comes to home controls, audio visual and lighting and understand the technology intimately.
