Having retained Dynamiq A/V to provide equipment and installation for a 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos surround theater in my home, I can only conclude that Jose is one of the most competent and trustworthy contractors that I have ever retained. He is on the cutting edge of the industry and uses his expertise to make the right recommendations, always with an eye on the customer’s needs and limitations. If he doesn’t know the answer, he quickly researches it. His bid was detailed and more than fair, and he worked quickly to resolve a few minor questions that I raised. The installation process was seamless. Jose and Edgar (who was also great) always showed up as scheduled; worked diligently to create a clean and beautiful work product, never skimping on anything; and always kept me apprised of any issue that arose and figured out a way to resolve every issue. Jose’s technical expertise, including equipment capabilities, proper placement and measurements, calibration, and programming, was very impressive to watch, and he used those skills, for example, to come up with a creative solution regarding a headphone issue that I had. I strive to do my job as well as Jose and enthusiastically recommend Dynamiq A/V for any home theater installation.
