Most companies use three teams of personnel to complete a project. First you will meet a salesman, then a project manager, and finally the installers. For you, this creates confusion and frustration as it quickly becomes clear that you don’t know who to talk to when you have questions or concerns. Many times this ends up with a system that doesn’t meet the expectations that were set when you first met with your salesman. We have chosen a different model that we feel benefits everyone involved. The designer that you first meet will be the single person to contact throughout the project. Your designer has many duties and will work closely with you and the installation team to ensure your budget, timeline, and most importantly, your expectations are met. In addition, they will be on site during installation to answer any questions, they will be ordering and delivering the products, and they will be the person that gives you a full demonstration of the system and its features upon successful completion.
