Niko and his team patiently followed my suggestion, only to discover I had completely misunderstood how the previous line had been run. Once he figured out the actual method, he adjusted quickly and completed the job beautifully. Even after I sent him on a wild goose chase, Niko stayed professional, good-humored, and honored his original quote despite spending nearly half a day at my house. That kind of integrity is rare. Before leaving, we also noticed an outlet acting strangely. Niko immediately connected me with a trusted electrician, who called within five minutes. We scheduled the repair, and that job was handled smoothly as well. A few days later, Niko even followed up to make sure everything had been done properly and that I was satisfied. I’ve hired plenty of contractors and handymen over the years, and I can honestly say no one has been more conscientious, careful, or accountable—not only for their own work, but for the people they recommend. Niko is professional, thoughtful, communicates clearly, and does not cut corners. In fact, he goes the extra mile while still standing by his pricing. I tried to give him a generous tip because he and his team went so far above and beyond. He insisted it wasn’t necessary. That says everything about his character. I’ll absolutely be using Niko again and would recommend him without hesitation.
