About Us

Hoppen Home Systems is owned and operated by Jason Hoppen. The company started in Ansonia, CT in 2003. A year later the company relocated to Tampa FL where it has been operating ever since. While it started as a one man operation, today we have five dedicated installers, an operations manager and a sales staff. It takes a great team to make Hoppen Home Systems successful and I am very grateful to have these talented employees working at Hoppen Home Systems. To all our existing and future clients, I would like to personally thank you for supporting Hoppen Home Systems. We have some of the best clients which make everyday a blast for us. We have been blessed by a few of our clients who have gone above and beyond by providing access to showcase the work done so future clients see our quality work and home automation in action. Hoppen Home Systems does an excellent job of really getting to know the client and tailoring a home system that fits their needs. There are so many options out there and many people have no idea of what is available. Jason is able to make very complicated solutions seem simple and easy to understand. My wife is able to use the home controls and that is saying a lot!

I used HHS to install and maintain my smart home and security services. This included: Audio - Provides music library or music streaming services to every room in the house, screened porch room, and backyard entertainment area. Video - Provides media distribution (cable TV, video games, DVD, etc.) throughout the house, screened porch room, and backyard entertainment area. Lighting - Provides lighting control of interior lights and outdoor/landscape lights, to include smart light switches integrated throughout the house. Climate Control - Smart home thermostat provides local and remote capabilities to ensure optimal temperature efficiently. Security System - Smart home security system includes security alarm system and smart door locks on each door. They are great! They customize to fit the needs and have always been available to answer questions or make small tweaks or fixes.

Hoppen Home Systems was the company that the builder of our new home uses on his projects. We were so pleased with the quality of their work, the professionalism of the staff and the integrity of the owner of the business, Jason Hoppen, that, in addition to using them for the specialty lighting and minimal sound system install during construction, we also engaged them to design and install a whole house automation and AV system including a high-end theater room. Additionaly, we used them to design and install the exterior lighting package for our house. Suffice if to say, we are very pleased clients!
