As the interior Designer of a Dental Office renovation, I brought Integration Controls to the project to guide my client through the sound, tv, lighting and security options for his office. The company provided a completely integrated household system which controls our lighting, our audio visual sources throughout the house, the alarm and the HVAC. They installed and implemented the system into a historic home that was built in 1892, without disturbing the integrity of the home's architectural structure. We can control lighting scenes as well as individual lights, we have many options on controlling/accessing music and tvs, and also our alarm system and hvac system - all this on a permanent touch screen but also through various mobil options. We have "invisible" speakers, literally invisible in the cieling. We have "invisible" switch plates which essentially float away in the sides of the cabinets and in the backsplash tile. The customer service is always responsive and cooperative. The sales force is knowledgable and speaks about their product in a manner that even those like myself who are NOT tech savvy can understand. They have educated us on the full use of our system. We keep going back to this company every time there is a new home project (which there are many in a home of this age) to add on to and compliment the system they'd already put in place through previous projects. I collaborated with Integration Controls on a unique project remotely located with no cell or internet service for miles. Integration built a fully functional system, complete with a new cell tower, that allows the clients to enjoy the simplicity of controlling the estate's lighting and electronics with an iPad. We worked together to ensure that the electrical & lighting layouts made sense with the furniture layouts and ensured that electronics had appropriate storage. We also enjoyed collaborating on the motorized window shades and master bathroom mirror, which contains a hidden television for added convenience to the client's morning routine. The Integration Controls team was so easy to work with and I’m looking forward to collaborating on more successful projects with them. Their field is incredibly complex and constantly evolving.
