Mike is a nice guy but our project fell far short of expectations. We made our deposit via check for cabling and we were excited for him to start. Once they began, the problems started. The cabling was run to the wrong room during construction. He was notified but he didn't fix it. However, since we had more phases of the project we waited patiently. Then we paid the balance so he could start the next phase. However, he never returned! We were trying to open a new business and needed the project completed but he wouldn't return calls, texts or emails. Since the final payment was via credit card our business partner was able to negotiate the return of those funds. However, we had to hire another company to fix the wiring and they found more problems!!! Half the cables didn't tone out (broken connections) and a 3rd party showed me the report. I am an IT professional so I verified what they found separately. In the end we paid an additional $2k-$3k to fix everything. Since, we had to hire someone to fix his team's problems we asked for a refund solely on the $2k-$3k . Well, more unprofessional behavior occurred because he proceeded to give us the run around and then just stopped responding to all communication. Maybe our project was an outlier but I could not recommend him to anyone. In the end we did find out there were extenuating life circumstances that got in the way of our project. However, the work we did receive was poorly executed, the follow up was not handed off properly, there was poor communication and most importantly he did not make it right.

Shout out Mike McCoy and Sean for coming out and getting g all our TVs mounted. We were also in the market for an 85in and Mike made it easy to chose the perfect TV for our living room. Best part is they showed up on time, completed everything in a timely manner, made sure all wires were hidden and cleaned up after themselves. Can’t wait to have them back out to hook up our surround sound in our living room and patio.

I had an extra bedroom turned into a media room. M&M Audio mounted 110' screen and projector, and 5 speakers with all wires hidden. They came in the morning and stayed until they finished. I couldn't ask for a more professional job.
