I can't imagine a better experience working with a professional. MJ came to my house to troubleshoot what should be fairly simple -- a new doorbell to replace a non-functioning early generation video doorbell. MJ patiently diagnosed the problem, being very generous in taking plenty of time and a couple of trips before we got to work. The proposed solution -- installation of a new Ring doorbell system -- is smart and working marvelously. The actual installation was quick, neat, and on budget. Along the way, a few other jobs came up -- solar panels for Arlo cameras, an ethernet plug, and sending signal through coaxial cable to activate a range extender. MJ handled them all. Plus, Michael is a very nice guy and a real pleasure to get to know.
