There are so many professionals to choose from. We are so happy we chose One Touch Home to upgrade and update our home theater system. One Touch is very meticulous, clean and professional. They came in right on budget and surpassed any expectations we had. We have hired them several times since then, and have also had them install systems in our company's headquarters. They are super knowledgeable with the latest and greatest apps, and accessories without it being overwhelming. I learned more than I ever thought I could within a short session with George. Most importantly they listened to exactly what our vision was, and what our outcome was that we hoped to achieve. I highly recommend them. They are honest, and I was blown away with the accessibility when I had questions. They even took the extra step to take a picture of my décor on my mantel, so they could put everything back exactly how they found it. I have referred them to several friends (one is an interior designer) and they all were super happy. I highly recommend them. For small jobs or larger ones.

Bid, installed, serviced, provided his cell for any issues 24hr a day. Excellent knowledge, on time and under budget. Yes, they arrived on time and communicated if needed to stay longer to finish.

I was in the market to buy a projector and screen for my theater room. I had already visited a big named store but was very unhappy with the high pressure sales pitch I had received there. When I met George at the Seattle Home show, right from the beginning he was very helpful. He listen to what I was looking for and made suggestions and gave additional options. Once I had made a selection, George was quick to order the product. We set up a delivery date. And he showed up on time and was very professional with the install. I am very happy with the price and the service. I would hire One Touch Home again with out a second thought, and refer George to any of my friends.

Has the highest quality of workmanship in getting the job accomplished. Provided a detailed estimate of the job prior to starting and made sure we understood what we were getting and worked closely with us during the process. Always attended to our questions after the job if any problem occurred. Very friendly individual and we would highly recommend.

George provided exceptional service. We needed a full installation in a very short timeframe and he figured out a way to make it happen. He was always timely with any of our requests. Once we had our system installed, he has always been helpful in all follow up items. I would definitely hire George again.

We hired George to clean up a botched home automation system. He came when he said he would, did a bid and then broke the project into two parts. He layed everything out in writing for us, let us customize our solutions and also educated us on how to let our systems grow with the needs of our family. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He delivered and installed hardware and configured software for us. We had been struggling for a long time and very hesitant to contact a company to fix it after our frustrations. Companies like George have a way of making you feel uneducated and not listening. George did none of that. He listened, offered multiple solutions and then executed the solution we picked. We felt he was definitely part of the solutions and did not force anything on us. We are a family of 4, small dog and also have on of our adult parents with us. He took the time to take care of everyone in the family and even made it easy for Grandma to use her TV. He set up a 7200 square foot house and outdoor areas with sound, multi source TV boxes, radio, etc. He was prompt, used email well, telephone and paperwork was flawless. My only regret is that we didn't start with his company first. Definitely, would recommend. We deal with a lot of contractors and vendors in the real estate business and he is DEFINITELY going to get all of our home technology referrals. Because our media room was also our living room, we wanted all the elements concealed--screen, projector and speakers. We threw this challenge to George, and he rose to the occasion, solving each one. The attached photos show how the rear speakers (mounted high on the wall, flanking the painting) and projector are completely invisible. They also show how he came up with a modification to a TV lift, hid it in the wall and then mounted one of our paintings to the lift. We push a button, the blinds drop and rotate shut, the screen and painting descend, the lights dim, and the projector comes on. Everything happens with one touch--except passing out popcorn--just like the name of his company says. Kudos to George!
