Bryan, Lawrence, and Gary did a wonderful, professional job of installing a Marantz S/R, Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers, setting up a RTI remote, and walking me through the installation and the new surround sound system capabilities. Love the sound reproduction! From the initial call, through the job proposal process, and concluding with the installation, Perfected team and the pi install Squad once again did a professional job. And that included replacing an inop speaker in under a week. Pi-Squad members were polite, courteous, and respectful, and they cleaned up as they went. Extremely pleased with our purchase, and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

The guys were great. They did an excellent job and were so helpful and knowledgeable. They installed everything leaving my house as if they had never been there. Explained how to use everything and made sure all the wires were hidden and that everything worked properly before they left. That was the best service I have ever had.

This review is our three year experience with Perfected Innovations Team . In June 2017, I called Perfected Design Team in Ladera Ranch and Lisa was the salesperson. We were shopping for a big screen TV for my mother. She went above and beyond by taking the time to e.mail written specs of a Samsung and Sony TV to accommodate a space over the fireplace mantle. She also performed a demo between the two TV's to demonstrate picture quality. I was very impressed with her overall knowledge of the electronics of the TV and her being patient by allowing us to make an informed decision. We purchased the 75" Sony XBR model with the extended warranty. Subsequently we purchased a home theater system in December 2018. Lisa assisted me once again with the design and set-up of the entire system which included 75" XBR75X940 HDR TV; Sony HDD- high resolution audio player; Apple 4 TV; Roku streaming video player; BDI console; and C4 - EA3 controller with SR-260 remote. She was very patient and professional through the whole process answering all of our questions and providing competitive pricing. The install crew did a magnificent job of mounting theTV, installing all of the components in the AV room, cabling, programming and testing the equipment for superior operation and performance. Of course - there was the 2019 storms - Californian el nino - where the entire system was dismantled,due to a pipe leak .(So we needed to install once again) Once again, the Perfected crew - Miguel and Bryan (field techs), with Chris (manager) at the helm put my system into working order. They performed all component updating and testing with the C4 (control4) system. The Control 4 is the best thing since sliced bread as it is a complete electronic command unit working on radio frequency controlling operations of my entire A/V system. We had some technical difficulty with non-compliant broadband equipment but Miguel programmed some patches and the remote works perfectly. They once again performed a complete cable (Ethernet and HDMI) connection review including bi-amp for the front speakers, tested equipment operation, and performed a one on one explanation of the systems operation using the SR-260 remote which is an all-in-one control for all of the system components. Once the electronic glitches were worked out this unit does a superb job and the Perfected guys make it sing. If you are an A/V buff and you want a conscientious team that performs very reliable audio/video work, or you are shopping for a new home theater system these guys will make it happen. They are well trained with "state of the art" technology practices and overall equipment knowledge. We Had some inwall and outdoor speakers installed by Perfected innovations team. Also had some TVs mounted and also set up universal remote for our AV system. Shopped around, felt confident with using Pi after speaking with Gary at PERFECTED INNOVATIONS . We were given Good prices for installation. Installers were polite, respectful and professional. They answered all questions and addressed my concerns. They ensured I was happy and cleaned up after themselves. Had many contractors at the house in the past year, I wish they were all as thorough as these guys. Thanks again

Bryan showed up as discussed and mounted the TV with a mount we purchased prior to the appointment. He removed the mess of wires left sticking out of the wall by our previous tenant. He took great care to make sure the tv was in the exact position we wanted it and that it was level. He also mounted the surge protector outlet , and arranged the wires and cables nicely on the wall so that everything fits nice and flush behind the furniture. He reconnected the DVR, Fire Stick, and Blu-ray player exactly the way he found it. He also used his own vacuum cleaner to clean up the mess leaving everything neat and tidy. Great job Bryan

Perfected Team installed a full home entertainment system including mounting flat screen, all wiring and installation of surround system, full equipment rack in closet and a universal remote on our iPad. Installed a full automated Savant system. They worked professionally and were extremely careful and neat. I am extremely happy with the work quality and enjoy our system immensely.
