Less than two weeks ago I contacted Phi systems with a photograph of my mess of wires and non-functional sound system to see if they could help. They were extremely pleasant to work with, great communicators, answered all questions, and assisted me with learning how to use the newly installed system. I also feel that they will be there if I need support in the future with the technology.
