This is a solid, well run company. They are timely returning calls and very helpful getting the services set up. The technician showed up on time and did a great job re-programming our AV system. It was only a service call to replace the remote control on a system that they did not install. We were treated like a long-term customer. Since my system is a bit old, it will eventually need to be replaced. I will be calling Play to perform the new installation.

We had a lightning strike that knocked out our central vac system. Play had originally installed it. They were responsive and timely in diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts and fixing the system. We would use them again.

The folks at Play are professional, skilled and very customer service oriented. I can recommend them without hesitation. They have set up our smart home and kept it working for years now. They are a great team. You won't be disappointed.

One of the rare breed companies! PlayGo has been very professional, competent, well informed and responsive in all of their dealings for the past 2 1/2 years.
