We have had the absolute best service from Ponderosa Audio Video Systems each and every time. Whether we've asked them to re-route cables, minimize cord visibility, or shift a tv from one side of a room to the opposite end of the house, they've met the challenges cheerfully with top notch professionalism and hometown friendliness. Ponderosan Audio-Video Systems (PAVS) did Highly recommended. a fantastic job for me. They are so knowledgeable about systems and how to make everything work together. The TV they purchased and installed was done below my cost of just purchasing the TV! But the real help and know-how was evident in moving another unit around, doing sound work, and finding a remote to replace a lost one and setting it up to control things. Also the service is prompt and personal.

Ponderosa did a large screen installation. Upgraded my surround sound system- updated my internet and all tb systems in my home- they installed new speakers and installed a savant system in my phone. This company is outstanding in service, professionalism, knowledge if systems and products and probably the nicest people I’ve ever worked with any where. The personal care and service 24/7 was beyond superior. I have recommended them to others and would hire them again without reservation for any audio visual services and products!!
