SimpTech Solutions was amazing! The technicians were knowledgeable, extremely personable, and prompt. They were patient with questions and cost concerns. This company is first rate! We searched for 6 months to find this company. Had many appointments with other companies and his was the best. Always polite, made no mess in installing. Very organized. Love his product. First rate service. He had great ideas and shared them with us. Felt very comfortable with his service men working in my house. I now have a wonderful security system that I feel comfortable when I leave my house or sleep in my house. I know I am secure.

Chad came out to set up my IP cameras for remote viewing. He was courteous and knowledgable and and had them set up in an hour. I installed the cameras myself so he was walking into a system he did not know but was able to quickly understand the NVR and port forward it to a dedicated IP address that he set up. All in all it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Chad and his team put together my TiVo multiroom system based on what I wanted to do, and it is performing flawlessly. I can schedule as well as watch on either of my TVs the content stored on the main TiVo. It's easy to use, and has more functionality than I expected, which i'll be exploring soon.

Chad and his team helped me complete our home theater room on a narrow budget plus installed a wall mounted smart tv in our exercise room (in a tricky area no less). I can't say enough good things about these guys. They are polite, professional, and when things don't work the way they should, they fix it. I'm completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them. They will definitely be my go-to guys for all home technology needs from now on.

Simptech was really outstanding. Their excellence stems from the amazing customer service. They installed a home theater system for us (TV, surround Sound on Sonos player, DVD) that all works on one remote as well as a home security system that communicates to our cell phones for updates and controls. We really wanted a TV/Sorround sound/DVD system that sounded great and was easily controlled from one remote. Doing this type of installation yourself is daunting as there's so many different types of cables and ways to go about it. We really wanted an economical setup that was easy to use. Simptech was able to take care of the entire installation and make the prococess simple and easy. I LOVE the one remote. Both of the home theater and security system work great and the confidence we have in the company and how they stand behind their work makes it more than worth every penny we spent.

Chad and Chris at SimpTech Solutions developed and executed a plan for our home entertainment system. We wanted really high quality sound and ease of use from our music system. Chad and Chris did a great job accomplishing our goals. Our music system is top notch and we often get compliments from friends about how great is sounds. They are professional and easy to work with.
