Excellent knowledge of all things electronic for my home. I did an extensive remodel to my waterfront home and Dave was able to upgrade my existing whole house sound systems, tie into what I wanted to keep and integrate new technology. He offered suggestions on possible options for me without being pushy. Indeed, Dave was excited for my choices and got my home to have the options that made sense for me. Highly recommend! I am 100% satisfied with this company. The owner, Dave, takes his work seriously, is meticulous, and goes above and beyond. He installed two driveway gate intercoms at my property. He coordinated the install with the other contractors who replaced the gate operators. He gave me a lot of insightful advice on how to tackle some other projects I have at the property: security cameras, wifi APs, lighting automation, etc. From advice, to installation, to configuration, to support, Dave executed it all very well.

I reached out to Sound Technology Group when I needed help a with remodel project for a home theater. A previous vendor fell short of my expectations, and I was stuck with a substandard and incomplete solution. Dave quickly assessed the situation and worked with me to create a plan that met all of my objectives, they communicated regularly regarding the timing of delivery and installation of the equipment. If parts became delayed or unavailable as they do in the Covid Era, they would make sure I was informed and/or would identify alternative solutions. I think that Sound Technology Group is a solution-oriented provider with customer satisfaction as their highest priority.

We hired Sound Technology Group to help us build out our home theater. Dave helped us choose all the best components for our build, installed and configured the system, and consulted with us to get the best results after installation. Our theater included in-wall speakers that are completely invisible, so this was a pretty complex and specific project that even involved demolition work. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable and it helps that he's a genuine fan of the technology. On top of all that, I've never met a better communicator. Having just bought our dream home in Gig Harbor, WA we wanted to design and build a Home Theater System. I’d done some reading on how to do this myself, but given the constant technological change of systems, we decided to hire someone to help us. After a few calls to some of the local home theater installers -- we settled on Dave Mancini of Sound Technology Group. He seemed to really know his stuff and did not charge us for an initial visit as all others seemed to want. Dave came to our house and started by educating us on the kind of system that could work well given the size of our space. The previous owners had used a projector and Dave through we would be better served by an 85” Hi Def TV. As Dave explained to us, it would be very expensive to essentially achieve the same results of a TV using a projector given our space. He provided sound advice and varying choices to fit different budgets. Beyond the Home theater, Dave suggested piping sound to our deck and remote speaker for music using a home entertainment operating system. We have enjoyed the music on our deck as much as the home theater managing all through our smart phones. Perhaps what impressed me more than Dave’ knowledge of what best fit our space was his attention to detail from running all of the wiring in an invisible manner to tuning the sound in our rooms. Dave is the only contractor I’ve worked with that does exactly what he says at the price he quotes. You can go wrong with bringing brining Dave into your home for a home entertainment system. Dave was always on time, professional, very organized, and available to answer our questions well after the install was complete.
