I needed an ethernet network for my house. The job involved several wire drops from the attic into four rooms. In other words, hot and dirty, but precise work. Chris and his partner did the job perfectly. The network has worked flawlessly. I plan to use SpaceCoast AV again when I'm ready to install outside cameras for monitoring.

SpaceCoast AV Communications installed an eight-camera security system for our home. We interviewed and received estimates from other companies but in the end selected SpaceCoast AV Communications. It was absolutely the correct decision. They were professional, on-time expert, and extremely helpful. The system was exactly what we wanted. It works perfectly and they have been back to our home twice to help us learn how to use the system. In addition, as a disabled veteran, I prefer to do business with a disabled veteran owned business. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend SpaceCoast AV Communications.

Space Coast AV Communications was hired to completely upgrade the AV system in the Cocoa Beach Public Library Community Room. The project included new ceiling-mounted projector, screen, surround-sound speakers, wireless microphone system, and computer control system. The company designed and installed this state-of-the-art system within budget and on time, and displayed professionalism and expertise every step of the way.

Prompt and courteous service provided from the initial contact to project completion. Proposal was drafted after a thorough examination of our church's needs. Installation went smoothly even taking into account the limited space in which to work and the heat of the season. Good follow-up after job's completion which attests to the company's desire to please the customer. SpaceCoast AV Communications will be hired this summer for additional equipment and installation.

I’ve hired contractors in the past to do work around the house. Far and away Chris & Dave distinguished themselves. They communicated frequently before, after and during the project, even included pictures. The estimate was fairly priced – and most important – they LISTENED. They understand the scope of the project and its proposed use. Made thoughtful recommendations during the process to make the design better and more functional. They monitored the sub-contractors throughout the process. And left the job site always clean and neat. They worked around my schedule to get the work done in time for my guests to arrive including scheduling a training session on how to use all my new toys. 10 stars!

Martin Sisson

Our $7k install went ok but the follow through to ensure the system worked well was nonexistent. Lots of promises with no resolution for a relatively easy install that I wished I had done myself. In addition, the install crew were unprofessional. Do not hire them.

Comment from SpaceCoast AV Communications:

The job was done after normal business hours, the Sisson's refused to amend their schedule to allow us to return during normal business hours to properly troubleshoot the remote control system with the assistance of technical support from URC. This poor decision on the part of the customer, doomed the successful completion of the job.

URC (Universal Remote Control) failed to support us during the Marty Sisson job. The customer did not allow us to return until the manufacturer, URC, provided a software fix. URC did provide us a technical support rep on Dec 15th to assist us in fixing the issues. Code was sent to URC for review. As of Jan 9th, we still had not heard back from the URC rep that was assigned to assist in debugging the software. We offered Mr. Sisson a refund on the control system equipment, His response was "No, our business is complete. We will handle this ourselves."

500 USD worth of URC products on a 6,500 USD AV installation has ruined what would have been another feather in our cap for a successful whole house audio and home theater system integration.

As the owner of SpaceCoast I take full responsibility for each any every job and take great care in performing an installation as if your home was mine. In this instance we were caught in a "catch 22", with no support from our manufacturer up against the Christmas and New Year's Holidays, needless to say the fault is still mine for not finding a resolution to the customers remote control problems.

The report of unprofessional behavior is a half truth, my worker suffers from a medical condition, type 1 diabetes, at 11:00 PM, after not eating for a time, he had a sugar imbalance which can cause irritability, that coupled with being up since 6 AM that morning did not make for a good situation.

I have used Chris and SpaceCoast AV now on two separate occasions. They have installed a Camera Monitoring System and outdoor TV. Both times I have found them to be professional, on-time, reasonably priced and courteous. They also continue with the customer service after they complete the job. I have nothing but good things to say about my overall experience with them and I would highly recommend them for any job. I plan on using them again myself when the time arises.

My project with SpaceCoast AV was the purchase, wall mounting, and wiring of a flat-screen TV. I asked them to install and set up the TV, mount and connect a soundbar speaker, and provide connections from the TV to my set-top box and Blu-ray player. The project was completed on time and at a very reasonable cost. Dave and Chris were punctual, friendly, and professional. The communication leading up to the installation was very good also. I am very happy with the products and services they provided. I have since referred them to another potential customer and will continue to do so, as well as plan to engage them for future projects at my house. Five stars!!!

Project included installation of HDTV, wiring house with 3 extra zones of speakers, and hard-wiring internet drops throughout the house. Project was done as requested, for the price agreed to, with no major surprises (compromises). Installers worked diligently and put in far more hours than originally quoted in order to complete the job as originally specified. They were courteous, professional and competent. I would use them again for a job of this type.
