Everett and his team did a beautiful job with our home renovations. They managed the electrical, lighting, sound system and AV intallations, as well as several safetey and security installations such as cameras and a leak prevention system. The electrician is extremely skilled and professional. In addition, every member of the Springboard team that I dealt with was kind, courteous, knowledgable, and professional, and their work is top notch. I very highly recommend Springboard.

Andrew, Steve, BJ and the entire team at Springboard are great to work with. I had some unfinished home theater projects to complete, and I was also looking for an easier way to manage screen time in our house. We had a new Sonos sound bar and subwoofer installed. Wiring put behind walls. A couple of additional hard wired locations installed around the house. A switch in my office so I can hardwire multiple items. A rack in the basement to replace the old cabinet that my equipment was sitting on. An Eero system to connect it all and provide additional controls to be able to shut off internet to certain devices. That is not an exhaustive list. I had existing wiring that was able to be reused, but they finished the original job (left incomplete by the last contractor) and neatened it all up in my basement. All that to say, it was not a simple brand new system. They had to work with what was there and did so seamlessly. I now have a complete and finished system. The Eero works with the Sonos (including an existing speaker we had on our porch), our PC and all of our apple devices including the HomePods, as well as the TVs and printers. Oh and my vinyl turntable. We have had a handful of power outages since installation and the whole system automatically reboots itself and resumes without any intervention. It was not an inexpensive job, but it was worth every cent. The Springboard team is professional, friendly, and responsive. They addressed every item on my list. The installers are also professional and detail oriented. BJ took extra time to touch up the wall with paint just right. They are now my go-to guys and I highly recommend them.

Absolute 5 star service you get from Springboard! We bought an apartment in which Springboard had installed, and is maintaining, a Savant system which connects and manages all electronics of the place e.g. from shades, tv’s, light (Lutron) to airconditioning equipment etc. From the moment we got the key, 9 months ago, till today, Springboard has been very responsive, always ready to help and solved any query we’ve had. It’s a pleasure to work with them as they are very pro-active, think things through and are professionals. Special thanks to Sam who has been amazing is getting some tough challenges sorted for us.

Springboard Automation installed two sets of automated window treatments in our home. There are several in our living room which do a great job of controlling the strong afternoon glare of the sun. There is also a set of them in the upstairs loft, which have been great for allowing my grandkids to sleep in later on the weekends when they visit. Springboard measured everything carefully, gave us a proposal, then came back and installed everything for us. The whole experience was easy, and the end result is beautiful. I can even control them from my iPhone!

We’ve worked with Springboard on three projects over the past five years. They’re an extremely knowledgeable and bright group of individuals who were able to implement our audio, video, security, and home automation goals into very intuitive and easy-to-use systems. Along the way, they were always punctual, professional, available to answer our questions, and provided timely technical support. I’ve listed some project details below which are hopefully useful. Our first project involved the replacement of a Control 4 home system. We’d experienced a lot of issues up until that time, but due to sunk costs, were apprehensive about tearing everything out, and starting all over again. Springboard understood our situation and was conscious to preserve existing equipment and infrastructure where they could. Control 4 touch screens were replaced with ipad minis, and installed apps on the ipad interfaced with systems and equipment Springboard had supplied, installed, and programmed for Sonos, Savant, Lutron, and Nest. Springboard upgraded our wi-fi network giving us greater stability and coverage, retro-fitted existing hard-wired speakers for wireless capability and added Sonos wireless speakers for new listening zones, installed security cameras, Lutron light switches, and Savant for our television and media room. The project results were so positive we decided to install a network and Sonos system at a second home. At this location, we’d previously thought a major overhaul was the only way to bring satellite music through an existing hard-wired system and tuner, but Springboard’s installation and programming of a new wi-fi and sonos network interfaced through an ipad accomplished this goal. Lastly, our largest and latest Springboard project occurred during a recent home renovation. Our ultimate goal was to control everything through a single application on our mobile and ipad devices. Springboard coordinated work with our contractors, sourced, installed, and programmed all network, audio, video, and associated equipment and devices including lights, thermostats, security cameras, speakers, televisions, and brought our home automation to another level. We now can monitor and control interior and exterior lights, digital satellite music, HVAC climate levels, security cameras, media room functions, and beyond. I’m surely forgetting a few things here, but the gist of it is we’ve been very happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend Springboard.

The work was to fix poorly installed home security cameras and install cameras in new areas (outside and inside) with a camera door bell. On top of the installation, they integrated the cameras with my savant system present in my home. Along the way they took care of little things without any additional charge. The price was very fair and one of the best team of people we have ever worked with.

I've worked with the Springboard team on multiple projects including upgrading my tv and remote, enhancing the WiFi signal throughout my home, and adding Sonos. The service is always first rate and the team is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and provides excellent value.

Extremely professional, hard working and willing to go the extra step. The great team at Springboard Automation has done it again. We upgraded our internal network adding a large araknis switch as well as multiple araknis access points. Our wifi is now available to drive sonos, hue, HVAC and security from anywhere on the property. We added a wattbox that allows us to reboot our technology remotely whever necessary. We added in ceiling speakers and expanded our sonos network, we added a couple new large, wall mounted TV's with sonos sound bars, and we tied all our automation into a new Savant Control System. The team at Springboard Automation greatly helped us increase our technology package and simplify our day to day operations- I would highly recommend Springboard Media and Springboard Automation to any homeowner or business looking to do the same.

I worked with Springboard Automation on an extensive Soho, Manhattan project (from July 2017 - July 2019) where Springboard did the full audio, visual, lighting, shades in a full gut renovation. We utilized a Savant system to link it all together, which is seamless. They were engaged from the very outset of the project, trying to find ways to add efficiencies and save costs throughout. Their install was of the highest quality as well, hanging 5 televisions and 11 shades in perfect operating quality. After the fact, they have been responsive on all (minor) issues, and the system has been amazing. I would highly recommend working with them.

I did a complete home remodel from 10/18 - 4/19. I hired Springboard to help with all of our Auidio, TV, Lighting needs. They worked incredibly well with our Designer and our contractor. They have been incredible in making sure the system is exactly to my liking, including assisting me even after the project has been completed. When I bring people to my brand new renovated house, the first thing I always show off is my sweet AV system that is controlled by Savant. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted my new dumb house to be a new smart house so I went to the coolest, groovy people at Springboard Media. It started with a face to face meeting with Sarah who is the cutest, most positive person I've met in a while. Sarah took her time to explain what she could do within my budget and designed a custom system to suit my needs. Next came the installation. Sarah was always a text or email away and systematically set up the date and time of the install. On the day of the installation she, BJ and Jon all joined in to make it as seamless as possible. Once all the equipment was put into place (Springboard only uses the best BTW) Sarah gave a tutorial to teach an old dog new tricks. The system worked great but while having a renovation project done in the basement the electric was shut off causing the system to go down. Within 15 minutes of calling Sarah (how could I be without Alexa for more than that) Jon was at my front door to reboot everything. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah, Jon and BJ so if you want a house like George Jetson run to Springboard Media and talk to Sarah.

Larry has been the most professional home audio person we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He and his team at springboard media took on a major job around our pool area, they stuck with me, the complications from the pool contractor and delivered a perfect system that we are able to use with ease.
