We hired Storch Entertainment two years ago to install new home entertainment systems and speakers throughout the house and outdoor patio areas. Their service and professionalism was exceptional and we subsequently recommended them to friends. Unfortunately, we have begun to experience some difficulties with the systems and have attempted to contact Storch for follow-up service, to no avail. When they installed the systems they talked at length about being there for service should the systems need repair or modification. It's not happening and we are very disappointed!

We hired Storch Entertainment Systems to hang 2 large TVs on the wall, install indoor and outdoor speakers (which required wiring from inside to outside), install a Sonos system for music and an Apple TV box. All this was coordinated into a universal remote that allows us to enjoy music/TV with ease and of course they used relays so we could hide all the equipment in a closet and entertainment console and not have to see it. Mike has an amazing show room you can visit to decide what you would like to incorporate into your entertainment system. He is excellent at explaining everything in layman's terms for the technologically challenged (like myself). And when Mike and Scott come to do the install, they are both professional and friendly, they make sure everything is working properly before they leave, and they go over all the systems with you to ensure you can work it yourself. They respond via email very quickly to any follow up questions you may have and will come back out to the house to trouble shoot if need be. We really enjoyed our experience with Storch Entertainment and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I worked with the team at Storch Entertainment Systems to install an Outdoor Audio System in my home. They worked with my Landscape Architect designs and helped create an amazing system. The product sounds better than any Concert I've ever heard, and blends seamlessly with my landscaping. In fact, I have to look to find the speakers. Way better than those Rock speakers that don't look like rocks, or those horrible green mushrooms that look bad and sound worse. The team at Storch asked me many questions about my musical tastes, where I like to sit, how I entertain. I had no idea why until I heard the system. Mike and his team where extremely professional and courteous. Mike spent the time to come and make sure he understood our needs and was very clear about what aspects of the job would be a set price and what aspects may vary so there where no surprises at the end. His team was extremely clean and polite, letting me know when they where heading to lunch and always minding where they where walking in our house, taking off their shoes if they where going somewhere they had not laid tarp down. To top it all off - the product delivered by Mike was exactly what I was looking for at a solid price.

As an audio/video installer myself Storch Entertainment provides a very clean proffesional service. I must say that I am very impressed with thier installations and I think they go above and beyond with thier project coordination and installs. I usually don't recommend other companies but this is one company that I would recommend and tell people that it's worth every penny for the piece of mind knowing that your job is being done to the highest standards.

Successfully installed and integrated wifi, Sonos, Lutron lighting and drapery controls, custom TV remotes, and complete sound system. The remotes work flawlessly and most everything can be controlled from my phone. The fit and finish of the control rack, labeling, and serviceability are excellent. After sales service and configuration support has been fast. Overall, a very fine experience.

When we purchased a new home in 2012, Storch Entertainment wired the entire house with large on-the-wall televisions, complex rack mounted hardware in the closet, audio through the entire home including the bathrooms and lanai, custom remote controls, as well as the wifi and game systems. I even had them hook up the cable TV stuff rather than calling the cable company because i trust Mike and his team; they are respectful, courteous and know what they are doing.
