The Experts

Buyer beware please beware! If I could give them “0” stars I would. I spent $200k with the Experts and I was ripped off on so many levels. One, they installed the system and it spontaneously turned the lights on during the middle of the night a couple times a month. It also, randomly turned all the lights off. While they came out several times to try and make it work - it has NEVER worked properly. One year after installation all the cameras went dead and they promised to send someone out to fix them and they never did. After less than two years the control monitors went dead as well. They put in speakers outside and used indoor speaker covers so the speakers started to rust almost immediately. I could go on but I am certain you get the point.

I had the pleasure of working with The Experts to do a complete multi-stage renovation of my home audio, visual, lighting, shading and control needs during a whole home renovation. I enlisted The Experts after interviewing several vendors and I am glad I did. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and personal and continue to be, long after the project is over. The staff at The Experts works with you at every stage from concept to completion and are eager to answer all your questions on technology, pros and cons and steering you away from unneeded gear or solutions. I am very technically educated and involved, and this was welcomed by them when it is frowned upon by most others, but they also took the time to explain the ins and outs of everything to others in my household who are not so technically inclined. This was greatly appreciated. They provide the utmost care to your home during demolition, installation and servicing and I have never had to worry. I have enlisted the Experts again for more projects and highly recommend them.

THE EXPERTS and their client representative Mr Anderson provided excellent dedicated services at the time of the project and every year that follow since now. Very quick to respond and reasonable pricing.

The Experts was top notch from pre-sales service and support, through installation and post installation support. They brought the proposed av equipment to the house to evaluate in the actual space. Installation was quick, professional and clean. Everything worked flawless and as expected.

All the guys very professional and knowledgeable. Pleasure to work with. When ever there was a problem they jumped right on it.

Rob Anderson was the Sales Manager for the AV project at my home. It was a bit more complicated than a run-of-the-mill install. Rob and his Team were able to configure my new system to meet my needs and were quick to tweak some issues I had post-install. The Experts bid was higher than other AV companies I interviewed, but they did what they said they would do - and were quick to resolve issues. My system has been installed for over a couple years and I still am glad I contacted Rob. I would hire The Experts again.
