The guys at Theater One are AWESOME!!! We were the general contractor on our own custom home. Working with subcontractors was not always a positive experience, and most of the time, I had to watch the subs work very closely. Theater One was a very refreshing experience. They were on time and reliable, and communicated well. Very professional. They asked a lot of questions in an effort to understand our preferences, then made suggestions and gave us options. We are now living in our new home and love having music playing throughout the house, where ever and whenever we want to hear it. The powered blinds they installed are a wonderful addition to our home as well. We are not big fans of automation, but our blinds can be controlled simply and conveniently with a simple remote control, as well as with the app that controls the music in the house. The guys st Theater One are perfectionists and really stayed with us to sort out the details to get our system fined tuned as we settled into our new home. We can’t recommend them highly enough! FIVE STARS!!!

We enjoyed our experience with Jeff. He was always available and helpful from day one. He was able to come over after we got off work and on weekends even. He had a vision that we didn’t even imagine and made it happen on a great timeline. His communication through the process was great. Work was done professionally and fast. Jeff and Jeff from Theater One created the most awesome patio theater for us! They were beyond professional from their selection of components to their ability to integrate and network the system into our home WiFi. Even our dogs loved having them here! Jeff and Jeff did a great job with our system install. They integrated our TV and Sound system with our new WiFi access system and fine-tuned everything in our new home. I would absolutely recommend Jeff and Theatre One. They just completed integration of a new WIFI mesh system, Media and Sound system within the entire house, and interfaced our outdoor power shades allowing us to create programs for different times of the day. I liked the way we created a plan to ensure once work commenced, they were able to get in and get it completed. Also, Jeff's creative imagination brought to our attention enhancements that we didn't consider. They are very considerate of the homeowner's environment and treated all with care. They taught us, came in under budget, and are a text message away for follow up questions.

Jeff and his team did an outstanding job installing and setting up the TV / sound system in our pavilion. Once they understood our needs, Jeff worked quickly to put together a system that has delivered on every level. After installation they took the time to teach us how the system worked, and have been checking back on a regular basis to ensure everything is working as expected. Jeff has done multiple TVs surround sound and now converting our existing speakers to Bluetooth. Always on time friendly and I know I am getting the best quality. If my Rottweiler loves him, enough said. Highly recommend!

REVIEW OF THEATER ONE I have, as an adult, valued the quality of audiophile sound equipment. It has enriched my life in so many areas...especially my ears. I recently moved from Southern California to Washington State to retire near our Grandchildren. It was time for a fresh start with a high-quality home theater experience since the technology has exploded in the home entertainment industry since my last purchase. I was extremely fortunate to have found Jeff George of Theater One to guide me and to implement my desired new home entertainment system. I choose him because of his vast audiophile knowledge, experience, exacting installation metrics and technical ability to professionally “calibrate” my new system to perfection. What I got.... far exceeded my expectations. Not only did I get all my hearts (and ears) desires, but I also made a like-mined friend during this exciting journey. Jeff, and his equally impressive computer genius, OJ (also named Jeff), spent hours on his laptop setting up my RTI remote control system integrator and home networking Wi-Fi so that everything talked to and worked together flawlessly. They spent a better part of a day installing, tweaking, calibrating, and connecting all the various audiophile home theater components...they were a marvel to watch. Then, when finished, they blew-my-mind with a demo of my new system. I expected good...what I got was “over-the-top" GREAT! I recommend, with my highest acclimation, THEATER ONE, Jeff George and OJ! Jeff & Jeff from Theater One set up my entertainment system to allow for all my equipment to function from a common remote for each room tv and for the house music. I highly recommend using them for your entertainment needs. However, start with them first before you purchase your equipment as that will save you money and time in the future. They are very knowledgeable about how to make you entertainment system be the best for your needs in pleasure. They also specifically were able to fix an issue I had with the Roku that was not allowing for the surround sound to work through the receiver which meant less pleasure. They are pleasant and professional. Thank you, Jeff and Jeff In my attached photo you can see that my AV cabinet/rack was very cramped but it all fit. Wish I knew them before I had it set up, it would have been a much better system.

We have had a 5 star experience with Theater One from start to finish. The team helped set up our home theater system as our house was under construction. Jeff and Jeff showed up to our house and worked with our contractor to ensure they could get their wiring for surround sound done, even if I couldn’t be there to meet them. After our home was built, Jeff and Jeff were at our house finishing their work and continued checking in with us to ensure everything was working properly. Jeff reached out to us as soon as our 85" screen arrived to let us know they would come install ASAP! I know that no matter what time of day I text Jeff, he always responds quickly to my tech questions, providing instructions over the phone, or will offer to come to the house if needed. I can always count on Theater One for my home entertainment needs and can’t recommend them enough!

Jeff and Jeff are top notch. Dependable. Experts in their field. They answered all my many questions without making me feel stupid. I’m not tech savvy but they explained and gave options. I have worked on over 60+ big budget movies. I'm am constantly on set and in viewing rooms with Directors and DPs. In my line of work everything must be perfect. I wanted to care this over to my home. Jeff helped me plan for the future and design and wire my new house for everything; security cameras, whole house/ multi-room audio, multiple surround sound viewing environments, whole house networking, fiber...you name it I wanted it wired and ready. They knocked it out of the park! I had electricians asking me who did the work because it was impeccable. They thought of everything down to the smallest detail. If you are looking for a home theater company, stop. You've found them.

Jeff and his crew at Theater One have been phenomenal to work with. The work they have done included entertainment room A/V equipment, sound systems with flush mounted speakers, big screen television installations, and most recently an external home security system. Theater One did a great job. It was a small job compared to others. I needed better Wi-fi coverage because of the size of the condo. The Xfinity pods just didn't do the trick. I was worried they wouldn't want to take care of it but they responded immediately and had everything set up within an hour. I am thrilled with the Wi-fi coverage. I would highly recommend them!

Really glad we went with Theatre One! We recently moved into a new home that has a theatre room and sound throughout the house but the technology was ~15 years old. Jeff from Theatre One looked at our current setup and put together a proposal for different price ranges for what we wanted. We were able to get exactly what we wanted for the price we were hoping to pay. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and professional with every encounter. He also stands by his work and the products they sell and I'm sure if I run into any issues or have questions he'l happily lend a hand!

He/his team worked closely with our objectives in mind, provided us quality products and excellent service. Jeff connected us with a few vendors to help complete a major project (re-purpose a bonus room into a huge theater room with false wall, smart lights, acoustic treated paint, two risers and a gigantic screen). We could not be happier with the work that Theater One did on our entertainment system. They went above and beyond to help set up all of the extras. Jeff George has made sure that everything was perfect, and does not leave it at anything less. Prior to Theater One installing our system, we were dealing with miserably slow internet that was not accessible throughout the house. Theater One significantly improved our internet experience, including making internet available in our shop which is 160 ft away from the house. We are truly enjoying our entertainment system, it was well worth the investment.

In the Fall of 2019, we decided to upgrade our home entertainment system to improve the quality of TV viewing and sound system. We had been streaming music through a SONOS system and without fail, it would stop working right before entertaining friends or throwing parties. We requested a proposal and quote from both Best Buy and Theater One. In retrospect, we are thrilled that we chose Theater One for several reasons. 1. The quality and cost of the components recommended by Theater One was far superior to Best Buy; 2) The Theater One folks spent all the time we needed to walk us through the selection of a well integrated system within the budget targets that were set; 3) the installation was highly professional and they patiently spent several hours with us custom programing the remote and features on our Frame TV and getting us familiar with operating the system. If that wasn't enough, they are a phone call away from troubleshooting COMCAST issues (as approved third party COMCAST technicians) and saved my New Years Eve party, when I called at 7:30 the night of because the system went out on us. Turns out it was a simple issue that just required a power cycling step. Nonetheless, I would not have been able to figure that out and most certainly would not have been able to reach a BEST BUY tech to troubleshoot on the spot for me. Both Jeff's from Theater One are the most pleasant and patient professionals I have encountered when it comes to electronics and I couldn't recommend them more.

We had Theater One upgrade our man-cave TV to a 82". They were here many years ago so we pushed the easy button and had them return to do this upgrade. We followed their advice and I love what we have now!

We have hired Jeff and his company many times over the last 15 years. Initially he designed and installed a media room to include furniture, equipment, speakers, etc. The room turned out gorgeous and is still our favorite place to relax. Jeff is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date with the current trends in technology. He is a wealth of knowledge every time we call. In addition Jeff has repaired, installed, and upgraded other media areas in the house.

Theater One has always done an excellent job for me. We added on to our home several years ago, and they did a great job helping me develop a plan for my rec room, choosing equipment, and doing the installation. I have since used them for other projects, and I would recommend them without reservation. Even when I have issues with equipment, such as remote controls, they are always responsive and helpful.

I had a very positive experience with the team from Theater One. I had another company who could not complete the installation due to the extensive knowledge needed and was referred to Theater One. They came in and guided me on what items I needed to purchase and have installed in order to get the project completed. I felt their pricing was reasonable and the follow through terrific. I was referred to Jeff George and the team at Theatre One by an electrician friend, and we seriously could not have been happier with the entire process. We have been amidst a home remodel, and although we had a built-in speaker system in place, they were dated and underperformed. I had Theater One basically update my 15 year old sound system in my home. Jeff has done most of my new components. He spent time getting to know what I preferred for whole house music, TV, and all the best components for surround sound. He recommended a TV which we are very pleased having and all the speakers work well together. Recently he installed Pandora music which I enjoy every day.

I hired Theater One to do some upgrades and fine tune my existing stereo equipment. They were great at troubling shooting the problem and applied a fix that was cost effective. they also added upgrades that made my system sound even better! I was pleased with the service they provided as well as their honesty and charges for services rendered! I totally recommend them for your entertainment needs!!

We couldn't be happier with the work that Theater One did in our home! We had them install a massive media room which included 5 TV's with a wireless entertainment/media rack, which also includes a PS4 and DVD player. They also designed an App for our Ipad which controls all of the system and TV channels...it is amazing! Each TV is on its own DirectTV box so while the kids are playing their favorite game on the PS4 using wireless headphones, we can watch 4 football games. It makes for a fun Sunday afternoon! We have since hired Theater One to do other projects in our home and we are happy with each of those projects as well! Their knowledge and expertise on all things media is top level! They are easy and friendly to work with and when I have a question they get right back to me! I feel 100% comfortable when they are in my home as well. I highly recommend them for any media related project you may have!

Theater One did the first upgrade to my home theater about 2005, Since then I have utilized their technical expertise to make further enhancements to my system. Two months ago, my DLP Television failed, I immediately called Jeff George of Theater One to have him evaluate my system. He recommended a complete modernization. The new equipment was ordered and installation went very smoothly. The new system is a tremendous improvement. I use Theater One exclusively for any audio/video needs. They are very knowledgeable, professional and provide excellent support for any of their installations.

Theater One was hired to review and up-grade my home's alarm and surveillance system, their work was very professional and the instalation was very clean. We installed ten HD / Digital cameras and a new music system. I was more than satisfied with the team at Theater One. They are defiantly a five star company... I will use them in the future....

Theater One was one of 3 company's we were considering to do a full house system, multiple TV's, house stereo, and the "man room". After the interview process we went with George, not because Theater One was the cheapest, but because George understood what the overall goal was, had a plan to get us there and understood the family dynamics and everyone's interest. George was able to keep my favorite old school Bose equipment in play, and adapt the newest technology. Running 30 separate speakers in multiple zones with 3 different media plays, operated from comfortable locations from either our cell phones or lap tops. Everyone in the family agrees this specific set up has been a huge hit. Of special note: George did what he said he would, when he said he would do it, for the price that was quoted, the first time. The best part of all of this was the follow up on the training, and the special operations manuals created so we could reference how everything worked.

Made the mistake of hiring another company for a home theater, speakers, 3-D tv, receiver etc.....It seemed like a good idea at the time because the rates very less expensive than other options. As it turns out the other company lacked the knowledge and expertise to select the right components and in the end they couldn't even get the 3-D functions on the TV to work properly. My solution was a Jeff at Theater one. He took the time to personally come assess the situation. I could tell immediately he had the confidence and knowledge that my previous company lacked. Their technician came to our home and solved all our issues when others could not (Geek squad failed us too). Pricing was reasonable, but upon completion I felt that the value of the components, the home visits, the email exchanges, and phone consultations were well beyond the amount paid.

We had an excellent, stress-free experience with Theater One. Jeff returned our calls in a timely manner, showed up on time, and was utterly professional throughout the process of installing our new projector. The final cost fell within the range of his estimate, and after a full year of use, it's obvious that the job was well done. I would not hesitate to use Theater One's services again, and I would recommend them highly to anyone who doesn't have the time or technological prowess to undertake home media installation on their own.

When we built our new home, Theater One installed our whole home sound system, computer/wifi components and wiring, as well as our movie theater room, with projectors, speakers and sound proofing. They were great to work with at the time and we still have contact with them periodically as we decide to add different electronic/technical items to our home. They provided a comprehensive plan for our entire house, with detailed descriptions of its capabilities, as well as things we could add later as our needs changed.
