I absolutely love my new wall. I met with Brandon and discussed what I was thinking. He came up with a great design and really captured what was in my mind. The communication from start to finish was outstanding. Closer to the project start date, Jamie brought paint, stone and cabinet selections to my home. It was so much easier doing that in my home to ensure picking out the right options! She was great at guiding me through the process. We recently contracted with Thunderbird for three separate wall renovations in our home. I have seldom met a company with such efficient and thorough systems in place. Their design work was superb, and created several unique spaces that we will enjoy for years to come. But even more importantly, everyone from the firm was skilled, professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They ensured that the project was completed to perfection, and returned to iron out all details before even discussing final payment. You are in good hands with Thunderbird!

First let me say we're very pleased with the job they did. Jamie Luna (one of the owners) does the design work, is truly a professional, Becky the coordinator and contact person was very empathetic to our concerns and always made an effort to immediately pass them on to the appropriate person. The tradesmen they hire to do the projects are conscientious and professional, cleaned after the job and were maticulos in their work, highly recommend this company.

We initially discussed the possibility of a concrete fireplace at first meeting with Jaime and were told they could "do anything". We then were asked to place a save the date deposit and did. As the weeks progressed our initial idea of what we wanted was converted to a basic looking project based on what they "could not do" and we questioned the estimate that did not separate labor/materials (Jaime was pushing back hard on providing that level of detail which raised our concerns). We ultimately cancelled our project which was due to be started in September after not receiving the input we expected from a supposedly "top tier" organization and then were told we would not be getting back our deposit of $500 because it was "non-refundable" (nothing in writing). We then received an email from Jaime that we were being problematic by asking questions and asking for a minimal grout line (really?). When we posted a complaint, the response from the company was that we were being unreasonable (we were not). I say question everything and think twice about this company - they are not as custom as you think.

Brandon and the team at Thunderbird did a fantastic job on my fireplace wall. From design to completion -the process was flawless. All of the contractors were professional , on time and very nice. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

TCD designed and built our fireplace and media wall in September 2023. We initially met with Brandon and had subsequent discussions with Jamie. While we had some initial thoughts on the design, both Brandon and Jamie provided significant thoughts on design and color selections for the feature wall. Everyone at Thunderbird has been very professional throughout the design and installation process. The workmanship is absolutely excellent and each of the installers was polite, respectful and provided outstanding results. Communication was continuous and timely throughout the process.
