I had a complicated surveillance system installed with 12+ cameras and some additional misc. jobs performed. The end products were excellent, all UControl people were a pleasure to work with, the work was started soon after we finalized plans and completed efficiently, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend UControl.

U control has been extremely easy to work with. They provide a very clean install with making sure they have the ability to make alterations in the furture. Very responsive to any of my needs including the teaching of the system etc. Would hire them again with no concerns.

I have worked with Josh for many years now. I know their are other places I could call. But, I prefer to work with someone I can reach out to for big or small questions or needs. I like knowing who I am dealing with. Josh has always responded quickly. I trust his judgement and his recommendations. If I change my mind on a product he has always come right out and provided alternates. If we are in the need for something my wife says “call Josh”. That says it all!

For the construction of our new custom home, we hired UControl to install low voltage wiring, video, security, Sonos whole-house audio, wifi access points, surround sound, universal remotes, hanging TVs, hiding wires / cable boxes in a rack system, etc. On the front end, Josh did a great job listening to our wants, needs and budget - and educating us (not overly technical clients) on what was available. He then promptly designed a system that met our needs - and showed us up front a detailed proposal with a cost on all line-items (so no surprises). Once the job started, UControl personnel had to be on site during multiple phases of the project. Josh and his team were accommodating on scheduling and did a great job working with our builder and the other subs on the project. Upon move-in, UControl was extremely helpful in training my family on how to operate everything. Our entire family has been very happy with our system - and the work that UControl performed. Since we've moved in - we've had the UControl team out a few times to add items and troubleshoot one issue - same great service from the team. What can I say - trustworthy, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and professional. Would definitely hire again. Thanks guys!
