Universal systems installed our A/V and security system in our new townhome. We were having issues with our courtyard gate lock and I happen to run in to their serviceman, Ezzy Gavirio, on our street and asked him if he had a few minutes to look at our issue. Without hesitation he jumped right in and fixed it. . It happened to be lunch time and he could have easily told me to call the office and make an appt. We are so appreciative for the excellent service we have received from Universal Systems and people like Ezzy who provide that service every day.

Ezy gave our alarm system an upgrade. He was thorough, efficient and kind (As our children continuously ran and played through our home and around him while he was working). We know our family is safer because of the work that Ezy did for us. Thank you!

We had a repairman, Iezy Gavirio, come out to fix my mother's vacuum. He arrived within the time window and quickly fixed the problem and also inspected the rest of her system and repaired a latch on the vacuum unit. Really nice and answered all of my questions fully.

Hank at Universal Systems is a highly-skilled designer and installer of home automation systems. I have known and benefited from Hank’s extraordinary talents and positive attitude for the past 15 years. He has automated three of my homes and will be soon automating the four home. His ability to design and implement the most complicated integrated home automation of lighting, audio/video, climate, security and other systems far surpasses his competition. To the user, local and remote control of home automation systems is simple from wall plates, tablets, laptops and smart phones. In particular, Hank is exceptionally proficient in installing and programming Crestron systems, which most installers struggle to implement. Consequently, I employed Hank to redesign and install new equipment and wiring to replace a competitor’s dysfunctional system in my out-of-state home. In addition to his competence, Hank has a refreshing attitude of imagination and willingness. He is not defensible when he makes a mistake, which he quickly and competently corrects. Hank truly stands above the crowd. Hank and his team at Universal Systems are a indispensable resource in this high-tech world.
