I had been familiar with several of 3rd Streets projects and I had always hoped to be a customer myself. That hope became a reality in Jan 19' and I moved into my home in Oct of that same year! 3rd Street remodeled our home for us and it answered my prayer to be “above and beyond all I could ask or imagine.” I pinch myself daily that we get to enjoy this beautiful home that they built for us! From the bones of our home to the parts we can see, they made it all good and we love it so much. It is evident that their desire is to build homes that their clients will love, they never want to disappoint! I have heard people complain about a dreaded punch list, but with 3rd Street, ours was knocked out in a WEEK!! We were told by many that remodeling a home can be very taxing, but I will say 3rd Street came through on everything. We feel very taken care of by them!!

Attention to detail. One of the hardest working builders I have had the honor of working with on the construction of my home. Under promise and over delivered beyond our expectations. I had a fear of building from the ground up from the beginning. Jeff and Ethan showed us the way. Proved that anything is possible. I would not recommend anyone else to build any houses. These guys are the real deal and will get you everything you dreamed of and more. We didn't only build a house. We built a friendship. Our next build in the next few years will be with them again. I purchased a home from 3rd Street Custom homes in Jan of 2015. We elected to start from scratch and tear down the existing home to build a brand new structure. Jeff helped us work with the Architect to come up with a plan that would suit our needs. Throughout the process Jeff showed incredible patience with first time builders. The process was very transparent and he kept us closely apprised of the budget situation as we went along. Jeff's strongest attributes are vision and flexibility. As the house took shape, some things we knew we could improve upon. Communication is the key to a successful build. Jeff laid out creative options and made sure we understood how these decisions would impact the budget. His guidance and professional experience created an exceptional final product. I would definitely build with Jeff again.

When I purchased my home from 3rd Street Custom Homes it was a partially demolished home in an established, traditional neighborhood. I had a rather unconventional modern vision for the property, so I brought my own architect to the project. Jeff had a great attitude and embraced the project, worked patiently with my architect and brought the project to fruition. With all builds there are always stumbles, but Jeff showed his skill as a good builder. He kept to the course, helped me work through the issues and in the end I have an amazing house I love.

We are thrilled with the house that 3rd Street Custom Homes built for us! We did a tear down and rebuild, and we have been happily living in our dream home for over a year now with no complaints at all. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his team every step of the way. Jeff walked us through each step of the process, making sure that the highest standards of quality were met at each stage. He truly had our best interests at heart throughout the process. Jeff is very detail oriented and a great communicator, so we felt like we were both informed and heard throughout the entire build. He kept the schedule moving, so our home was completed in a very timely manner. Jeff also has a great sense of design and was able to suggest many details that really added to the overall character of our Craftsman style home. I know of very few people who have been through a home build process that can say it was an enjoyable experience, but that is exactly how we feel! I would recommend 3rd Street Custom Homes to anyone looking to build or renovate.
