We worked closely with the 4 Forty Four team from blueprints through construction, including interior design services. The renovation from complex and very detailed and the entire team were rock stars! 4 Forty Four cared for our project like it was their own residence and we love our newly renovated home. We would recommend working with 4 Forty Four over and over again.

We are living in our dream historic home thanks to the hard work of 4 Forty Four. They did a wonderful job of bringing our vision to life while still maintaining the charm of our 1900s farmhouse. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

4 Forty Four took my wife's of taking something old and making it new. They were able to keep the character of the old building while adding the modern convenances that make an old biuilding livable . My concern was to make the building as maintenance free as possible , not an easy task when dealing with the weather extremes we have in the high country. Their crew accomplished it. 4 forty four should be your choice if you are remodeling or building , their attention to detail is second to none.

We've known of 4 Forty Four's reputation for a long time but had never needed them until now. We called them to fix a problem with our chimney, roof, and inner structure of the house that had been a problem left unsolved for years (after several tries with other builders). We were completely satisfied with the work 4 Forty Four did at our house. They are top-notch builders and worked hard to accommodate our schedule and opinions during the process. They are dependable and accessible, and everyone is very nice to work with—from the office to the crews. We highly recommend them in the high country!

We have now completed two projects with 4 Forty Four. One was a large master bathroom remodeling project and the second involved adding a closet and full bath to our lower level (and other enhancements as well) In both instances, the Project Manager worked with us to develop and understand the budget, and we were kept well informed as the project progressed. The project foreman impressed us by always ensuring all work was done to the highest standards - no corners were cut. We now clearly have one of the most impressive master bathrooms in the area, and the completion of the downstairs bath and closet effectively enabled us to add an additional bedroom for when our family visits.

These guys are absolutely top notch! Incredibly professional and thorough from drawing plans to outlining every last bit of material down to the screws and nails. And they are completely transparent in terms of the project overhead cost and their profit. They even came in under budget on my project! I can't say enough positive things about this company.

We worked with 4 Forty Four to build our house a few years ago. I could not have asked for a better experience! From the start of the process in budgeting (which was a little stressful) to the building and all the way to the end- they were amazing. They were so helpful and always cared about the details. They are efficient, kind and really do an awesome job. The actual building project my husband and I had no disagreements whatsoever- I contribute this to their amazing team. Toma and Kevin could not have made this experience any better. And the stressful budget part, yeah- that was worth it! They cost projected and got it all in order, so when we were finished- we were done, no hidden/extra fees. Thank you guys! As a supplier that works with many builders, I can truly say that 4 Forty Four is one of the best builders in our area. Their integrity, professionalism, planning, and execution are unmatched. They consistently stay on time and on budget, while providing an excellent product.

My husband and I have been very pleased with Four Forty Four. Very professional at every level right on to the contractors such as electricians, etc. All individuals involved were easy to work with and provided beautiful workmanship and quality attention to the details. We did not want a cookie cutter house, and Four Forty Four worked to make all of the special touches we wanted, come to life even better than we could have hoped for. We feel like they are family, including the workers who were up on the roof, doing the tough work. Wonderful group of people. And it just so happens that they build beautiful homes too!
