“Bill Provost and his team were excellent. My wife and I did a major remodel to our 1950s ranch. The project included, removing a wall between the kitchen and living room, vaulting our ceiling in the new 'great room' (from 7.5Ft to ~10ft), moving our staircase to the basement to the other end of the house, adding a bathroom in the basement, and remodeling the fireplace. I should probably rate them for various items for everyone: - Quality - Great. Their attention to detail was and desire to get the end-product to our liking was exceptional - Attention to detail - Great... see above - Cleanliness - Very good. I never thought about this until they started demolition, but they did a very job making sure there wasn't debris everywhere when we got home from work. - Imagination - Great. Bill's lead on our job was Rich. Rich was very good at taking our base idea and giving us thoughts, feedback, and potential ideas/solutions. Rich was very creative when we ran into issues (and you will run into issues if you do a project this size). - Communication - Very good. Bill and Rich made sure we knew what was happening and when, and also told us about delays. Every homeowner hates delays to a project, but they happen, and Bill made sure to address them quickly and tell us the path forward - Cost - Very good. Most importantly, they delivered on the quote they gave us. Yes, we had some small change orders, but those were driven by us, not poor estimating by Bill. Favorite/Best parts of the project. 1. The fireplace - looks amazing 2. The bathroom - really cool My wife and I were most impressed with their quality of work and attention to detail. We will certainly hire Bill again.
