Hired Adam Dover to renovate a basement that was very poorly done. Totally apprehensive after my last experience with a contractor. Adam has great attention to detail, so easy to work with, listens to you and your ideas, gives good suggestions, keeps in touch, notifies when he or someone else is on the way, lets you know by text or call. His whole crew was great. When finished for the day, the area was always left neat and clean which I appreciated very much. He redesigned parts of the kitchen and bath giving much better functionality. Absolutely an excellent experience all the way around. At the beginning, he told me he would change my view of contractors and he absolutely did! Made the right choice and on his list for another project in the future.

If I could give Adam 6+ stars I would. He is absolutely excellent and I have worked with many, many builders, which says a lot. We did our basement with him and he was on time, on budget, and very professional. Top quality work and no drama or problems.

Adam and team did an outstanding job on expanding our back deck area, which included a new (and expanded) roofline, replacement of the Hardy Plank on the rear exterior wall with brick and built in cooking area for the grill with flagstone. He also added some ad-hoc requests from my wife that was both interior and exterior :). Let's just say the level of detail, workmanship and quality exceeded our high expectations. Adam and team were also pressed due to the crappy / rainy weather, but still nailed the job. Highly recommend.

Where to start? Our luck with contractors over the years has been, shall we say, sub-par. In our recently completed home renovation our 1st one went bankrupt and our 2nd one (after over promising and under delivering to put it mildly) was in WAY OVER HIS HEAD. Enter Adam Dover and his team. After coming in a taking inventory Adam and his team took charge and ran with the project. Wow, how refreshing it was to see a contractor that actually did what he said he was going to do, when he was going too, and most of all doing it right! Unfortunately some of the previous work done by the other contractors had to be torn out and redone but when Adam explained why it was necessary it was obvious this had to be done. Adam actually cares how the work gets done as well as how the finished project turns out. A true ‘Craftsman’ in this age of contractors who simply want a “draw” ($) for work not performed, and then quickly look like their doing something in hopes that you’ll let them have more money ahead of a previously agreed upon schedule. Adam, we cannot thank you enough! You not only cleaned up someone else’s mess at the beginning, but proceeded to build what we envisioned from the start. Your creative ideas on how to fix complex situations along with your wonderful ideas on design were an awesome help! We have finally found a contractor who not only cares about the work performed as well as the finished product, but also has a genuine interest in the 'story' and 'history' that goes along with your project! Well done!!!

We hired Adam to turn our unfinished 1000 sqft basement into an In-Law Suite. He and his crew did an excellent job managing the project and they were always available when we needed something. The high quality work was completed in a timely fashion by very professional and knowledgeable crews. Adam was very open to design changes and was instrumental in helping us make crucial decisions around technical aspects and finishes.

Adam just completed our master bathroom remodel and we could not be any more pleased. I had a particular vision and he was able to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered exactly what he promised. We will use Adam again for our next project!

Adam did a complete remodel of our kitchen and painted our open living space. He was willing to take on our "small" project that other places weren't willing to even discuss with us since our budget was too small for them. He is very laid back and not pushy at all. Yet, he is willing to clearly state his view on design elements. He was able to combine our limited vision of a new kitchen with his expertise in design to create a kitchen that is truly amazing both in appearance and functionality. Since we couldn't visualize the finished project, my husband and I had to trust that Adam knew what he was doing design wise (ex. wall color choice). That was one of the hardest parts about the remodel. However, he has now definitely proved he knew what he was doing! The finished product is amazing! (I don't think the pictures do it justice). Also, he did not seem at all bothered by having our four young kids join us on two of our shopping excursions. Every time we met with him he never seemed in a hurry with us although I'm sure he had other things to be attending to as well. He was very willing to work with our schedule. I highly recommend him.

Adam finished our basement from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. He has a fantastic eye for design and detail. The project was completed on time and on budget. Couldn't be happier with the end product.

Adam did an outstanding job on our deck. HIs workmanship, professionalism and sense of design are unparalleled. Adam took on our deck project after we ran into problems with our original contractor who left us in a bind. Adam approached the deck as a challenge; he spent countless hours figuring out what could be saved and what needed reworking. He worked meticulously with his sub contractors and created what I believe is one of the best spaces in our house! Adam was always available to us by phone and text message. He makes it a point to always meet with the client weekly and go over expectations. His work is extremely neat and he has tremendous respect for the client's home, covering floors and furniture and always leaving the site clean. Adam is the best contractor we have used and I trust no one else for any projects we have in the future.

Adam has done two jobs for us and the quality of work has been great. He always makes it a point to be on time and stays within the time frame of the project deadline. His prices are reasonable and he will make sure you are satisfied with his work.

Adam has completed a lot of small projects for me. He has always been super reliable, responsive, professional and always pays great attention to detail. I will always reach out to him for my home improvement projects. He has creative ideas and is extreme knowledgeable and honest. His prices are great too!
