“After a disastrous experience with another design firm in town we could not be more pleased with Damian and everyone at Adwelling. What a pleasure to work with, always courteous, easy to reach and creative. Damian is super careful to find the most economical, sensible solution to design issues. He has great recommendations for implementation and zoning approvals. We highly recommend Adwelling!”

“Outstanding! That is how I would describe Professional Contracting. From preplanning to execution, my experience with this firm has been a pleasure. In preplanning, Art and Felipe took the initiative to offer suggestions on how to bring down costs but maintain quality. They followed up quickly in correspondence and agreed to coordinate with us in areas where we could do some of the work ourselves. Our architect, who was from another firm and proved to be incompetent, had incorrect measurements on the plan that required constant changes. Art, Felipe and every one of their crews worked with us as we compensated for the architect’s errors. From the outset of construction, various crews were onsite every day, and some worked weekends to stay on schedule. If I requested a change or noticed something was not quite in the right place, the response from any crew was always “no problem,” and the correction was made. Our project, the remodeling of a 950 sq. ft. studio/RV garage into a studio involved converting the garage and pre-existing studio space into four rooms and a bathroom; relocating the bathroom from the front to the rear of the structure; relocating the swamp cooler chase from the south to the north wall; installing additional windows and doors as well as new heating, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tankless water heater, swamp cooler, cabinetry and flooring; and applying new stucco over the entire structure. I have no hesitation saying that Professional Contracting is a five-star company.”

“I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation on behalf of Twilight Estate Homes. I have lived in my custom Twilight Home for 10 months now and I am so happy that I chose Twilight as my builder. In the end, I chose Twilight because they were willing to let me design my home “my way”, which truly allowed me to achieve the home of my dreams. Additionally, I was impressed by the personalized attention and genuine commitment I received from the very first meeting with my Sales Representative, Teresa, and the builder, Wade. I am happy to report, many months later, that I am not disappointed with my decision to choose Twilight Estate Homes as my builder. The personal touch and level of service was consistent throughout every step of the process, from researching and purchasing land, to construction and financing, to change orders and finishing touches, all the way through to punch list completion. The team at Twilight made me feel like my biggest life investment was a top priority for them. They returned phone calls immediately, they met me on-site to answer numerous questions (and believe me, I had a lot of questions), and they researched EVERY inquiry I made with regards to vendors, pricing, upgrade options, and timelines. Overall, they were very interested in making my home building experience run as smoothly as possible. I can honestly say that the custom home building process, which most people believe to be a nightmare, was truly a fun and all around great experience because of the team at Twilight Estate Homes. Without hesitation, if you are looking for a custom or semi-custom home builder, I would honestly recommend Twilight Estate Homes. I would like to thank Twilight Estate Homes, and particularly Teresa and Wade, for helping me make my dream become a reality!”
