“I have worked with several contractors, and I have to say Infiniti is the best of my experience. The owner is always pleasant to work with, responsive to questions, and on top of the project timeline. My experience with prior contractors is they are communicative up until you sign on the dotted line, then they don't want to hear from you. Not the case here! And that's a big deal when you are dealing with home renovations full of details. They built a screen porch and installed a walkway connecting the back of the house to the front. It's beautiful! To say the quality of construction was outstanding is an understatement. The suggestions they had to maintain symmetry, maximize view, and optimize the appearance of the finished product was incredibly helpful and resulted in a beautiful outcome for the screen porch. Their follow-up after completion is another thing I really appreciate. They made sure everything was done, came back 30 days after walkway settling to make sure excess any excess material was removed and pathway stones fixed that may have settled incorrectly. Finally, I had one place related to the pathway that wasn't quite right after the 30 days. Infinity saw exactly what I was talking about and brought the landscape contractor out to fix it and it's fantastic! This is hands down the best experience I've had with a contractor, and I look forward to working with them again. I have zero hesitation recommending them, which I have done already to two neighbors.”
