Beginning with the very first time that we called Allen Patterson's office to discuss our ideas until the final details were completed on our home, we have been extremely satisfied with everyone at Allen Patterson Residential. This was our first home build and it could have been quite stressful but after meeting with Nate a couple of times who went over every detail of our home and answered all of our questions, we felt very comfortable. Once the design process was finalized our project manager, Rod, took it from there and was on top of everything the entire time. He was extremely helpful and had great suggestions anytime that we asked. In the end, we have a beautiful home that we are very proud of and couldn't be any happier.

We selected Allen Patterson to build our new home after interviewing 3 builders active in our neighborhood. We were impressed with the professionalism of every staff member we met and recognized they have many trades that are employees of the company not just subcontractors. This was the sixth home we had constructed using a home builder. The construction superintendent assigned did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the progress and was always available when we needed him. This was critical since we were in Michigan during the construction process and only made two visits during the 10 months of construction. After completion of the project we were given a complete set of documents identifying all components including paint colors. We appreciated the quality of the work and are pleased to recommend their services to others.

allen patterson residential built my home in oldfield, which is in bluffton, sc. the house was completed in may, 2017. the building process took approximately 10 months. my wife and i found allen to be very professional, transparent, and personable. allen came highly recommended from our realtor who is a lifelong resident of beaufort. we had interacted with two different builders prior to meeting with allen. the other builders were unprofessional and had very poor follow-up. allen and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful during the building process, which was especially important because we were living in michigan during the building process. within a reasonable margin of error, allen delivered the house on time and within budget. we are very pleased with the quality of our home, and found his employees and sub-contractors to be skilled and professional. the only major issue we faced was the flooring sub-contractor who did good quality work, but has terrible customer service. we highly recommend allen patterson residential.

We hired Allen Patterson to build a new home in a historic district with specific regulations. AP has a solid bidding and estimate process and professional approach to the job. Friendly, accommodating and flexible staff made the job of building a home while out of town less stressful than thought. The AP team wants you to be happy with the end product and works to make that happen.

We were very happy we chose Allen Paterson Residential as we found it to be a company true to their word. Our first meeting and all that followed with Allen and Nate were always very professional albeit we never felt pressured, hurried or neglected. Allen has been in the construction business for a very long time and it has brought him great knowledge and understanding of how he wants a job done. His quality of work is exemplary and his ability to meet deadlines enabled us to feel most comfortable.The few times things went awry they were remedied immediately.
