    “Integrity worked with us to renovate our farmhouse built in 1900. There were many hurdles to overcome in renovating such an old home but they helped us work through each one. They communicated well with us and worked hard to allow us to have as much (or little) input as we wanted. They managed the overall project and paid attention to all the little details. We are very happy with the finished product and they have stood behind their work. We would highly recommend Integrity as a contractor for a renovation or new construction.”

    “My husband and I recommend Cornerstone Homes. We had a house fire so at the time we hired Cornerstone Homes we weren't looking for a home builder and had no plans to build a house. Someone at our mortgage company suggested Cornerstone Homes. Because of our situation, Cornerstone Homes had to work with our insurance agent and our mortgage company who dispersed the funds. They did a great job of communicating with all involved and were great people to work with. The subcontractors were skilled and worked hard to meet deadlines.”

    “I purchased my 2nd Accurate Development home just 2 years ago. I looked at other homes and other builders but didn't see the same quality and attention to detail in their homes that I had in mine. I needed a larger home or I would have stayed in my original Accurate home. The quality was impressive. I received compliments each time someone new visited my home. I moved into my first Accurate Development home in 2003 and my second in 2014 and I couldn't be a happier homeowner. When I purchased my second home, I had an extremely tight deadline. I made all of my decisions timely and at every step asked if we were going to meet the deadline. The promise was made and delivered upon without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Everyone that worked on the house was friendly and answered my questions. I was there during every phase of the house being built and never felt uncomfortable with any of the workers and there was always a project manager nearby. The after-sale warranty is second to none and isn't just words on a sheet of paper, it represents the company's reputation and is taken seriously regardless of how small the issue may seem. I know this as I am a perfectionist and expect high quality, accuracy and there isn't a flaw or repair that misses my scrutiny. The owner of Accurate Development, Kevin Johnson, is very accessible and each house carries his "fingerprint" - is hallmark of quality. I love the sense of community built by Accurate Development and carried on by its home buyers. When I sold my first home and looked for another, it finally came down to not being able to give up the quality and workmanship but just as much to the neighborhood. I knew I would never find a more caring, watchful neighborhood than an Accurate Development neighborhood. And that was the final "pro" on my list of Pros and Cons that helped me to decide that I had to be in an Accurate Development. I wouldn't be happy anywhere else.”

We interviewed a number of builders before selecting Sundance Homes and they were all trying to tailor one of their existing home plans to meet our wants and needs (they wanted to customize one of their plans, not start from scratch). Kevin and Nicole sat us down and we came up with a one of a kind home that fit our taste and lifestyle as well as fit with the aesthetics of an established neighborhood with 100 years old homes. The fit and finish is second to none and we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Sundance Homes to anyone looking to build a new home.”
