We used Mark Anderson Fine Homes for 2 large projects - a remodel and addition to our lake house, and then the total replacement of that house lost in the 2011 wildfires at Possum Kingdom Lake - the "Texas Flag House" in Hell's Gate Cove. There are very few people in that industry that can combine architectural creativity, general contracting skills, and cost control like Mitchell and Mark Anderson, plus they are just great people. I would recommend without reservation and use them again if needed.

This was the second home that Mark Anderson built for us. He did a great job and is a very honest person. For us to use him a second time tells you a lot about the builder. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again.

We hired Anderson Fine Homes (ADC) to help design and build a replacement to our lake home lost in the 2011 wildfires. Working with ADC's staff architects was cost effective and the integration with the building process was seamless with no need to mediate disputes between architect and builder. We had an image of what we wished for the house to be and ADC embraced and improved upon it. This was our first home building project. On numerous occasions, Mark Anderson's experience and expertise "saved us from ourselves" by making appropriately firm suggestions as to how things needed to be done. In hindsight, all his calls were dead-on correct. Project supervision and project office/billing support were accurate and responsive. Thanks to ADC's long history in the PK Lake area, the subcontractors chosen were of high quality with no weak links. Though the entire process required 18 months, the end result exceeded our expectations and we would recommend ADC without reservation.

Anderson Fine Homes rebuilt our 3 story home in Hells Gate at Possum Kingdom Lake. They did a wonderful job!! Mark Anderson designed the home, and added input along the way. Kris Steuber handled the day to day operations, and interactive with the subcontractors. Mark had some great ideas, and Kris's attention to detail was extraordinary. We have been in for 8 months and there are still times I am awed by the little details that were not overlooked. In addition to their talents, the have use some of the best contractors at the lake.
