Ken's sub-contractor suggested team were all first-rate. We had extensive work with wood flooring, plumbing, electrical and woodworking. We recently had our basement renovated and after getting several bids, we went with Appel Woodworking. They came in with one of the best prices and I'm very glad I went with them. Appel Woodworking has been doing projects in our home for the last eight years. They built the kitchen/dining room of my absolute dreams. Last year he redid two of my bathrooms and turned an ugly old laundry room into a spa like bathroom that is absolutely gorgeous. This year he replaced all the bedroom windows in our home and built a custom set of library shelving around a custom fireplace that we absolutely adore. His work is impeccable, and his team has turned into a second family to us. We trust them in our home and we trust them to be perfectionists with their work. The entire Appel team is extraordinary! Ken walked us patiently through every step of our home renovation. In the end, we were on time, within budget, and left with so many extra details that blew us away. Without even asking, they did elaborate woodwork over our baseboards to make them look elegant. They encouraged us that we made the right call by salvaging some old cabinet doors tossed on the curb, and transformed them into breathtaking, custom pantry doors in our new kitchen. On top of everything, every team member is friendly and a joy to work with. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
