We wholeheartedly recommend Art Graf Builders Inc. They also built our parents home and our sister's home. We were first time home-builders and Dan helped walk us through everything step-by-step. The subcontractors were all very professional and fun to work with, and they did a great job keeping the build site clean. Dan did a great job communicating with us and planned short meetings throughout the build to make sure things were on schedule. The contract process was easy to follow and he provides you with a checklist and time-frame for when to start working on things and what all needs to get done on your end. Even after the build is complete you can still contact him for questions and if something needs adjustments. They are great at giving advice but still making sure that everything fits with your style. All building materials are high quality. They are very kind and experienced and really care about things getting done right.

The Graf Family are hardworking, talented, and honest people who treat you like family. Todd and Danny are extremely professional and all the workers they contract are equally professional. We had a detached two door garage built to our home that matched perfectly. They have built my parents, aunts, cousins and best friends home and we highly recommend them to everyone.

We built our house with Art in 1996. I t was a wonderful experience. We were involved in designing and planning from beginning to completion. One of our best memories was being on site the day we “broke ground.” Over the years we have continued to have Todd and Dan work on our home. There is always another project that we consult them about. Art Graf Builders can always be counted on for the highest level of honesty, reliability, dependability and, of course, quality. Last summer Todd and Dan’s sons worked on a deck remodel for us. That we have had three generations of Graf’s working on our home says it best. We look forward to our next project. We had another very excellent project completed by Art Graf Builders. Some of the highights are in the way they are able to conceptualize and express options for using space; the way they are able to connect with our style and budget; the way they allow us to participate in the project as it unfolds; and completing the project as promised. Another area that really helped us was in eliminating moisture in this basement remodel. They recommended paint and seal of cement block along with breaking out the concrete basement floor around the perimeter of the room. We put a 3" drain tile around the footer, drilled holes in the cores of the cement blocks and then covered the entire wall with a very thick plastic barrier which was then cemented in so that any water coming in the walls would flow down the wall and go beneath the concrete to the footer drain tile. They also recommended painting the entire cement floor with a tough, thick paint to keep moisture from coming up through the concrete floor into the pad and carpet. Our cement floor was poured directly onto the ground with no vapor barrier under it. An example of craftsmanship and use of excellent tools and resources is the way they sawed the concrete. They used a concrete saw to cut the floor around the walls and for the bathroom drainage that was very clean because the saw motor was outside the house and a good amount of water was used. The saw person also made cuts every 12 to 16 inches to allow us to easily remove the cut floor. Which gets to the point that the subcontractors used in the project all obviously liked working with Art Graf Builders and did their jobs really well. There is much more that could be written... I'll conclude with... We are very happy with this project, we will use them again if we have any future projects and we recommend them to everyone we know.

The Art Graf Builders were unbelievable. We had never built a home before so we were at a steep learning curve. They were patient with us, giving us feedback when needed. They always gave us a week or 2 heads up to make big decisions. We never felt pressured or a bother. We appreciated the professional stance they always had and yet there was kindness in their tone. Their work is excellent quality, which is why we hired them in the first place. Everything is done with perfection. The reference that sold us on Art Graf Builders was a friend of mine saying they were so honest that she could completely trust them without a moments sleep interrupted. The contractors they hired were of the same caliber. They were courteous, helpful, and clean. After the home was completed, they were quick to respond to any questions we had about this or that. I was use them again in a heartbeat.
