    “MV Home Builders performed a major addition to my home. What was an 1100 sq ft, 2 bdrm, one level home became a 2800 sq ft, 4 bdrm home with a walkout basement. The entire site was re-graded, a garage added and the driveway redone. Doug and Mike were great to work with and explained the process all along the way. The quality of work was as we expected it to be and I don't believe a more trustworthy home builder can be obtained. If I was going to do another project, I would not think twice about using them again.”

    “Luis Imery is a superb contractor who specializes in energy efficient construction of outstanding quality and affordable price. He is a man of integrity and oversees all aspects of contstruction, as well as performing all the HERS and duct blaster testing required to evaluate the energy efficiency of his work. I hired him for a remodel; it came in UNDER budget and early! Update: 5/27/16: It's been almost 4 years and I installed a new hi-efficiency heat pump after the work was completed; it is a unit Luis recommended to me. I have my office in my 1600 s.f. home and use the systems 24/7 in a hot/humid climate. My electric bills continue at less than $90/mo on avg. The water bills are under $45 unless I turn on the irrigation. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

Daniel knows his stuff, from requesting permits to completing the build within 7 months. It was close to perfect custom home for my wife and I. His commitment to ensuring our house was always first priority and never letting us having an unanswered question was spectacular. I still owe Daniel a dinner for his amazing work on our custom home. Thank you UpperTown Homes! Our project was on .87 acre of land, 5000 sq ft under roof, 3500 sq ft of heated space, 1 1/2 stories.”

We have been 100% pleased with Brian at all stages. He was our partner in: visioning and planning the project; working with us on our budget; working with the unexpected changes; and respecting the fact that we are living here through the project. Once they started the project, they remained focused on it daily to completion. Beautiful outcome with great quality. Brian is a man of great integrity and great ability.     “My husband and I purchased our home in August of this year and wanted to have it updated before moving in. With a dead line of 3 weeks, Mr. Dover installed beautiful walnut hardwoods throughout our home, created a gourmet kitchen, placed custom built in bookshelves, a custom mantel for our fireplace, and updated our staircases with iron spindles. He greatly exceeded our expectations by meeting our deadline requirements while giving us our dream home. Since moving in, we decided to continue updating and had Adam renovate our guest bathroom. Needless to say, it is beyond extradordinary! Mr. Dover is professional, hard working, efficient, and has his clients best interest at heart. Thanks Adam!!”
