“We had a water leak in the upstairs master bath. Unfortunately it came down through the walls and leaked under our wood floors downstairs. After dealing with insurance I called several companies to get bids. I called 3 or 4 but only 2 actually came out to give me a bid. Calvin was one of them. The other guy came out and after some back and forth trying to get some clarification on certain things he stopped answering my calls. I guess I dodged a bullet there. Once we settled on the scope of the project we signed a contract with Calvin and his team. It took a couple of weeks to get the materials we needed but as soon as they came in they got started. Wes was our lead guy. We couldn't have ask for nicer guy to spend the next month in our house. I say next month because we decided to remodel the kitchen with new counter tops and cabinets. We also remodeled the whole master bath. I mean, while its being demoed why not do upgrades. Calvin being quite the salesman talked us into all the upgrades and the price certainly did hurt his case. All the guys working for Calvin were very professional and very detailed. The floors, the tile, the new seamless glass shower all look great. When the final bill came in I paid it and didn't think twice about the punch list. I walked through the whole house writing down what most people would think is petty BS. When I gave the list to Calvin he already saw all the stuff I had and some I didn't see. All this after he was completely paid. Imagine that. A contractor that comes back to do the final punch list AFTER they have been paid!!! I can't say enough about Calvin and his team. Although we were ready for them to leave after a month it could not have gone any smoother.”

“I will highly recommend Todd and Shane owners of S & P Construction for the great job that they did in the construction of a large 3rd car garage at our home! This was a fairly complex job due to the geography of our lot. Our home is a 2 story building with a full walk out basement on a fairly steep grade. I ask Todd and Shane to construct a separate "carriage house" like "wide" garage with a full basement to be used for a shop. This shop area could easily be a safe space in the event of a tornado because of the thick concrete walls and the reinforced shop roof due to the weight bearing designs to support a vehicle in the above garage. Todd provided an extremely detailed bid for all aspects of the construction which I truly appreciated and eliminated price increases due to that level of detail. I was kept in the loop on any issue, and the work was continuous with the only delays caused by rain during the initial foundation phase. Work began in mid March of 2019 and completion in June 2019. S & P is an excellent company and I would highly recommend them for any project.”
