“Having a new custom home built is an exciting, busy, and sometimes stressful time with all the decisions to be made. Hiring Alice and Tom to manage the build was a well made decision back in early 2019. We interviewed and thoroughly checked with 5 local building contractors and chose Woodsmen for their sincere and genuine interest in Our project. Tom and Alice were able to give our project the attention to detail needed to help walk us through the process from beginning to end. We broke ground on the foundation around the first of June, 2019 and moved in March 13, 2020. Tom and Alice did a great job managing subcontractors schedules and getting things done in the correct order. We could not be more pleased with the skilled craftsmanship displayed by Tom's subcontractors and Tom was on the jobsite most every day to be sure things were properly executed. We love our custom cabinets and shelving. We were able to have input on the custom build of the closets, electrical outlets, and just about everything else. We certainly learned a lot as this was our first house build from scratch. Tom and Alice presented us with choices along the way to keep us in charge of the budget.”

“The Casey Construction guys installed a roof on our deck this last summer. Hottest days of the summer they were on the roof (100 degrees). They worked hard and did a nice job. The workers were professional and polite and cleaned up area after work was done. I would use them again.”
