“We needed to find a contractor for a significant addition to our home which also included replacing all of the doors and windows in the house as well as replacing the outside siding with stacked stone and vinyl shingles. We solicited estimates from several contractors and Les stood out immediately. The other contractors walked around the house, took a few measurements and provided a high level estimate for the job. Les asked a lot of questions, took a lot of measurements and provided a very detailed estimate along with a not to exceed price. While his estimate was a bit higher, we had much greater confidence in it because it was so detailed and we knew we wouldn't run into any surprises. Another valuable skill Les brought to the table was design. We completely changed the elevation of the house and Les was able to offer several options and provided beautiful drawings of each option to help us decide We hired Les and he did an AMAZING job. He totally transformed our house using contractors who did quality work. Les managed the project and handled all issues quickly and to our satisfaction. He demands quality work and refuses to cut corners resulting in excellent results. He also came in under the not to exceed estimate which made us very happy. Les also stands behind his work. Over a year after the project was completed, we sent him an email on a rainy Sunday morning noting that one of the windows was leaking. Les called within an hour of us sending the email and asked if he could come see the problem right then (it was a 30 minute drive to get to our house). He came out, inspected the problem and had the window replaced within the week. We can't say enough good things about Les as a person or as a quality contractor.
