Not great to work with. Had issues with the inspection, SeBern refused to fix them. Lo and behold, those “non issues” have resulted in larger repairs down the road. Additionally, the paint they used was of the very lowest quality, not primed and has basically all needed to be redone. Their customer service was atrocious....

Onyx GC is an excellent contractor. The President and his crew provided timely and skilled workmanship. They had to completely renovate an entire house. Insulation had to be added to the whole house and each room had to be extensively repaired, plastered and painted. The kitchen and bathroom, limited in size, came with unique plumbing problems requiring Onyx's team to creatively upgrade with amenities that fit and provide a modern and beautiful appearance. In addition, they had to replace all electrical wiring up to code throughout the basement, house, attic, outside from the pole, and to the garage and inside the garage, as well as all light fixtures and switches and outlets. The selection of cabinetry was a perfect match with the flooring I chose, and the flooring was laid perfectly throughout several rooms and hallways. Everything that needed repair, replacement, adding or removal was done to perfection, including windows, doors and trims. They took a house which had decades of neglect and made it into a showpiece. Their work was timely, organized and they were very very neat. I couldn't have been happier with the results. They truly accomplished "Herculean" tasks. They are experts in construction and I would be extremely happy to engage them again and recommend them to all!!!...
