Authentic Developments

We used Authentic to build our dream home and they blew us away. All of the design elements came together so perfectly. They worked with us to stay within our budget but to still get the things that we wanted and I don’t think that we sacrifice anything! They were always available if we had any questions or to discuss something that we were thinking about. They were extremely knowledgable and only provided us with the highest quality of materials, workmanship, and service. They went above and beyond to ensure that our build experience was seamless and stress free. They were honest and told us when something was not right or if it was out of budget. They helped us find alternatives to items that were not within our budget so that we could still get what we wanted in our dream home. I wasn't sure if we would get all that we wanted in this home knowing that we were building on a budget but Authentic made sure that we got all that we wanted and more. They didn't just build us a home they provided us with a completely one of a kind experience that was so enjoyable and stress free.

We have supplied lighting for many Authentic builds and we always enjoy working with the homeowner or anyone from the Authentic Team. Great quality built homes! We would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new build!

We have been installing flooring for Authentic Developments for about 3 years now. Jason is great to work for and with. He also has very reliable and helpful site staff. It's not uncommon for Jason to be onsite himself. Their houses are clean, which makes our job easier. Lucien, my business partner & husband, is a journeyman carpenter & we install hardwood, cork, laminate and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Jason faithfully uses us for his flooring installs. We respect Jason as a person and recommend Authentic Developments.

Authentic Developments was great to work with. They answered all questions we had along the way and if we had any complaints or concerns, they were quick to respond and do what they could to help out. Being that this was our first home, they were great at providing some advice on finishes, etc. and were always patient with our questions.
