Nate, Jake, their crews and their sub-contractors all did outstanding work. Project scope: Remodel master bedroom/bath, 2 additional baths and laundry room in 2 phases while we occupied the home. Drywall, tub/shower and subfloor demolition. Installed new bracing, subfloor, insulation, vapor barrier, ventilation system, windows, exterior door, drywall/texture, paint, shower and floor tile in all baths, plumbing and fixtures, cabinets, carpet and trim. Project timeline: 1st contact - 5/22/2017, project start - 5/30/2017, project completion - 10/11/2017. After spending 9 months trying to get a builder to call me back, Nate emailed and called me back immediately and started work 8 days after the initial contact. Nate, Jake, their team lead, and all sub-contractors asked good questions, listened, took ownership, and were problem solvers. Everything that we wanted to re-use was removed carefully, labeled, stored, and re-installed without damage or missing parts. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend Avant Building Group to others.
