Balducci Additions & Remodeling

Balducci renovated our garage into a rec room and then built a 3 car detached garage. The advice provided as to placement of the garage was solid given curb appeal. The work was well done and the team was attentive in their follow up on any of our concerns.

Balducci Additions did a great job assisting us in design. We came to them with an idea and they helped make it better. The quality of their work was excellent and they have continued to stand behind it. We experienced some challenges in communication during the job -- but overall we are pleased with the outcome.

I like to think that I am a good remodeler. But some projects, I just don't want to tackle. In 2014, my wife and I bought a fixer upper with more space for the family. Our bedroom is large and had a sitting area. We decided to convert it to a bathroom. The problem was there was no water/drain lines in the room or even near it. We search for contractors and found Balducci Remodelers. From the start we had a good experience. Cameron took time to understand our project and work with us. Our project was different, because we decided to do some of the work. On the first day, I thought I was being punked. Seven plumbers showed up to complete the rough in installation from the basement to the 2nd floor. Balducci completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up each day. Any issue/concern I had, they worked to resolve it. This included a Saturday visit to ensure the shower pan was not leaking. I definitely would recommend Balducci to others and would use them again.

Working with the Balducci firm was most pleasant. They completed the job in the expected time, within the contract amount, and with wonderful results. Their employees and subcontractors were respectful of me and of my home. I couldn't be more pleased. Will call on them again when more work is required.

They built a custom garage/wood shop for me and did a great job. Their subcontractors were, for the most part, right on time and delivered a high quality product. We now have them working on another project for us and a friend of mine is using them as well!
