“Pete and Jenn were absolutely incredible people to work with on the build of our house. Our project was a full second story addition and completed in full brick which had to match the existing. We worked with Compass on a couple of different designs and they helped us find the design that was perfect for us. Throughout the project they kept us informed of the cost of the project and any change orders that we added to the project. The use of Builder Trend they used to track the project was an on-time and efficient way of us to track the project cost as a whole and in real time. The individuals/contractors that we worked with were all accommodating and friendly. When we had a question or Concern with any aspect of the project Pete was always willing to take time and step in to help explain to us what was going on. With any project you have over-run from budget but Pete did a great job at driving us back to the table to keep us on budget with where we were spending our money and spending it wisely. At any given point of the project if we asked to meet with Pete to discuss concerns or issues he was always there for us. We have a beautiful home and the finish’s and carpentry that was done was some of the best we have seen and we have used a lot of contractors. His use of quality craftmanship and detail was impeccable. When it came to a final punch list for the project his team finished what they said they would do. In any construction project contractors have tendency to walk away form a job when it gets to the final details but he was right there behind us the whole way and made sure it was done correctly. We would recommend Compass to anyone taking on project the size that we did.
