The team at B&M Building Co built us an amazing beach home! It’s been such a hit with friends, family and neighbors. They have a great team of subs and custom builders that worked really well together. They built us a home that we will be able to enjoy with family and friends for many many years! It’s a dream come true!

"Dan the Man" as my children refer to him, is truly the Man! We hired B & M for a complete kitchen, family/dining room remodel. It took close to 6 months before all was finalized due to us changing/adding to the project. Not once did Dan get annoyed despite the dozen plus meetings. In fact, it was the complete opposite. At the time construction was to begin, my husband was rushed to the hospital where he remained for well over a week. This did not stop the remodel, Dan helped remove items from cabinets, set up a make-shift kitchen, and helped with things that were out side the scope of contract. Throughout the project he managed with ease and coordinated time lines without any delay. I can say there were truly no issues and if there were Dan took care of them without us even knowing. He is trustworthy, detail oriented and very efficient. He loves what he does and it shows in the end result. We would definitely recommend B & M Building to anyone looking to remodel their home.

Choosing the right builder for a home is a crucial decision. We know that it's possible to have great blueprints and great ideas and not get them executed correctly. Unfortunately, in our line of work we have seen countless plans not come to fruition. As residential interior designers, with over 40 years experience, we needed to be all the more particular when it came to building our own " Forever " home. And we knew we needed the best builder to get it done. We were going to demand the best and not compromise. As we set out to interview multiple builders some of our criteria were - can they deliver on time and on budget ?, do they listen ? , are they transparent in their billing practices ?, do they have great sub contractors ?, can they get us through the permitting process easily? , can they work with us if we make changes? - well I am happy to report that with B and M the answer is a resounding " ABSOLUTELY " From start to finish , B and M worked with us through every detail ( and I mean every detail ! ), every budget item, every concern, every change we made, and every punch-list item. We understand we were not the easiest clients to work with, but B and M Builders stayed with it and built us a wonderful home. The end results are spectacular and we couldn't be happier. We hired B&M Building Co. to do a remodel of our dated condo kitchen. For at least a year I shopped big box stores looking for stock cabinets. To my delight, we have custom cabinets that fit our space perfectly in stead of stock. He created an open space with well placed lights and added interest with the ceiling. The only thing that makes me sad is that my main residence is in New York and he cannot come up there and remodel my kitchen to make it as nice as the condo. They are highly professional and respectful of time. I highly recommend them.

After discussing our vision of our condo renovation, Joe and Matt Moser from B&M Building were able to immediately take our ideas and transform them into creative, innovative, unique and functional designs. We were able to convert an outdated, closed-in apartment into a modern, open and flowing layout providing the ultimate living and entertaining space. The total renovation included structural (raised ceilings, removed walls, installed new electrical service, relocated the sprinkler system, etc.) as well as cosmetic (new lighting, new floors, new kitchen and bathrooms, etc.) improvements. Overall, it was a major project and a total transformation. Their dedication to quality and superior workmanship created the perfect environment for our newly renovated condo. Their vendor partners (subcontractors) were equally skilled and dedicated to creating a high quality result and they were all conscientious, courteous and skilled. Our confidence in Joe and Matt allowed us to rely heavily on them to handle many of the day-to-day decisions and activities to keep the project moving along, since we were not local during the renovation and could only be available on-site for a week or two at a time. The entire B&M Building team was easy to deal with, extremely professional and knowledgeable and listened to our ideas to ensure that the final results met all of our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a special experience.

B&M Building Co. understood the project intent, provided a very clear work description and brought highly a qualified and professional team of sub-contractors to take part on the project. Dan Marfino of B&M Building Co. came to our rescue. My husband and I purchased a 7 year old home that did not have an "open - layout". Our goal was to achieve this "openness ". We had to knock down a major wall, tear up tile..of which we had no extra tiles, repair patch and readjust electric. That is just a bit of what was involved. Though B&M does not service my area, they took the time to promptly respond to my inquiry for an addition project. Through detailed Planing and preparation of the Walls, Floors and Ceilings, we were able to install our Cabinetry in a short time. Initially they were contracted to complete a first floor room extension which involved laying bamboo flooring, hanging, finishing and painting sheetrock, hanging ceiling paper and faux beams. The quality of work done was excellent, the crew very professional, a good clean-up job and a supervisor who was on top of everything and kept us informed of the work progress. A great experience, we are well satisfied and certainly recommend B&M Building Co. We have subsequently contracted them to install new tile flooring, update plumbing fixtures, install hurricane proof sliding glass doors and sort out minor electrical problems.

Upon meeting and interviewing Joe Moser, I knew he was the contractor to hire. He is professional, polite and polished, which is not easy to find. He came highly recommended and had numerous references to gauge his work. The project began on time and ended close to our end date. We hired B&M Building Co. after consulting with three other companies. We decided to go with B&M because of their cost, their professionalism, and detailed explanation of the steps involved in the project-which in turn helped manage our expectations, as well as the overall design. We added a bathroom in between two rooms which was not an easy task. We were constantly updated where they were within the project and what to expect next. We are very satisfied with the final project. This is our first home addition and if and when we decide to renovate again we would turn to B&M. As a side note I still reach out to our GM-Dan if I need an a/c, electrical, or plumbing recommendation, or have a general home question -although he finished our job a year ago he is always available to help!

My Wife and I purchased a home in Boca Raton last year in the Broken Sound Golf & Tennis community. The house needed major renovation. Our primary focus was on totally blowing out the kitchen which was pushing 20 years old. We interviewed several contractors and settled on B&M Building Company owned by Joe Moser. His estimates were neither lowest or highest but his company's references were quite good. This is our forth major home renovation project and by far the best experience. Joe's partner, Dan Marfino was our project manager and did an awesome job of "herding the cats" (subs). They have a very tight budget and project management system that provided twice monthly progress reports and cost / budget reconciliation. As with all major renovations there were "surprises" and on-the-fly changes in direction as the project unfolded. All of our "redirects" were taken in stride by B&M. We had several structural "challenges" to deal with that called for some creative problem solving on their part to over come without blowing the budget. Considering the fact that we more than doubled the size of the original renovation plan B&M did an amazing job of keeping the work schedule reasonably on track which, for Florida, we understand is a miracle! Considering how much work we did I don't expect to need them anytime soon, but when I do I wouldn't dream of working with anyone else. They truly are the best! My wife and I are happy to take reference calls on behalf of B&M Building or welcome on-site review of their work.

B&M Building Co. and specifically, Joe Moser, has been an invaluable asset to our family and of course in building our dream home. B&M was responsible for 2 major additions as well as some other renovations at our house that were very well done and truly made our home complete.
