“Kasia was great at both decorating and being a general contractor at a reasonable fee. I was away during the entire project and she understood my taste (whimsy modern?) and managed to bring the project (a complete rebuilt of an 1,100sf appt) to completion with a small budget and time overrun (but I still know that she saved me quite a bit of money in many ways). She was great at communicating despite the distance and over the time-zones and at shepherding the project through Vail's permitting nightmare. Her subcontractors were honest and personable. I am delighted with the result and am glad to have had Kasia as my contractor and decorator.”

“Very professional consultation when dealing with the principal of this firm. We are planning an artists studio with a completion date of 2015 in Aspen, Co. We are dealing with county, city and subdivision restrictions that make the project difficult from the very conception.”
