Beaver Home Builders has 20 years of experience in building and remodeling homes in East Tennessee, Middle Tennessee and the greater Atlanta area. Based in Knoxville, in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, our home building experience includes golf and lake communities in both Knox County and Blount County. As one of the developers of LashBrooke in Blount Co., TN, I have known Richard Beaver for many years. When we approve a builder for our community, we want to make sure that he will maintain the integrity of our development and the quality of homes that is expected in a luxury lakefront development such as LashBrooke. Beaver Homebuilders was one of the first approved builders for LashBrooke and Richard has not built 7 homes in the development. Richard is the only Builder who can say to a prospective customer "call anyone I have ever worked for their opinion of our Company and work"... Richard has built his business on uncompromising quality while offering affordable prices to his customers... The project included a kitchen redesign, rebuilding staircases, fireplaces and mantel, floor refinishing, bathroom remodel, cabinetry, audio-visual, painting throughout and rebuild and redesign of the pool and patio.

Richard did a major rennovation on our home 4 years ago. He was on site everyday and did beautiful work, especially the finshng. He worked closely with our architect and decorated adding many great deals himself.

Richard and his team do an excellent job. We've collaborated with him on several renovations and the clients are always pleased with the construction process. Richard focuses on the details and quality. His communication during construction is also very smooth and professional. They use an online client portal where you can select finishes and keep apprised of the project timeline. Highly recommended!

He built our home in 2007. He was a careful, thoughtful, truthful, and knowledgeable builder. He and his wife Cindy worked together in planning the building down to the doorknobs. This made building a home less stressful. By all this planning, his estimates for the final product came close to what was determined. Over the years, if I needed any modification he was there to help. In fact, we had significant damage to the house from hail and he was there to give us an estimate for repair which we turned into our insurance company. They paid within a week and he repaired the roof etc within another few weeks. Friends of ours were still trying to get estimates, payments, and repairs months later. I highly recommend Beaver Home Builders
