We hired Bella Legacy Custom Homes, led by Sean, expecting quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. From the start, there were multiple issues that should have been addressed, but instead, we were left with a project riddled with problems. For instance, we discovered multiple leaks in the walls, mismatched tile installations that were supposed to be uniform, and broken closet systems. When we raised these concerns, Sean shockingly admitted he’d be happy with this quality in his own home, which left us speechless. The back deck tile work also fell below basic standards, and we even found that several walls weren’t level, affecting the overall look and quality of our space. The lack of professionalism was clear, and to make matters worse, some of the workers weren’t even licensed, which we only discovered after work was underway. In the end, Bella Legacy Custom Homes failed to deliver on any of their promises, and Sean’s refusal to make things right only added to our disappointment. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere for any home-building needs. Please save yourself the trouble and frustration—anyone would be better than this company.
