He is the best communicating contractor I've ever worked with or even heard of; he called regularly and always answered our calls with solid answers to every question that came up along the way. He provided upfront and fair estimates. Trevor did much of the work himself and was always on time, worked hard, and did quality work. On the work he hired subcontractors for (tile, refinishing floors) Trevor made sure they met all their deadlines, and we were also very happy with their work. We felt the price was very reasonable for what we accomplished.”

The attention to detail, the professional standards, and the client focus were all we could ask for. While in a job of this magnitude there were the inevitable hiccups, any issue was dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Projects of this size can be very stressful - but this team made it so much less so as we always felt in good hands through the entire process. Their office is in Pitt Meadows but they have done over 10 jobs for our lofty clients downtown Vancouver. We, theMACNABS sell our buyers into homes and use the DMC crew everytime a client needs reno's done in their new space. To be able to refer a rock solid construction crew is simply good business for us. They make us look good. They have done everything from small landscaping jobs to brand new builds. Having come from a line line of tradesmen, Joele DiMeglio runs the show like it should be run in todays high paced construction game.
