We have worked on several projects with The Benham's. It is always a pleasure that we look forward to. In addition to just simply being really nice folks, they are so knowledgeable, experienced, and during project development very thorough and hands on, going over every detail on the product we provide their customers. Delivery & installations have been on schedule which is important to us. We appreciate the opportunity to work with such a high quality professional organization!

Without having an architect draw plans, we met with Benham Builders and walked them through our vision of completely remodeling the kitchen, the master bath, scraping all the "popcorn" ceilings off and replacing with clean flat ceilings, and replacing the kitchen floor with oak flooring to match the rest of the flooring throughout the house. In two months time, the transformation is way beyond our expectations!!! The quality of the work is the finest available. In addition, because our home is 50 years old, whenever Jim or Jimmy Benham found a problem, they were quick to inform us of areas of concern. They kept us informed of their progress with updated schedules and did not perform any work outside the original contract until we discussed the cost and remedies. Our home was always swept clean at the end of each day's work and there were never any safety issues with any of their subcontractors. In addition, Jim's wife Jean was a real asset in helping us decide on color and material choices which, in the end, brought together the remodel to a stunning completion! Without any hesitation we would HIGHLY recommend Benham Builders to anyone interested in any home improvement/remodeling project.

Jim built a home for us over six years ago and we couldn't be more pleased. The process was stress free and straight forward. The quality of the work was excellent. Jim has good subcontractors and he keeps close tabs on them to make sure the job is done right. He made numerous suggestions during the project that were very helpful. He was very accessible and very responsive. Over the years since the house was completed I have contacted him with questions or to solicit suggestions. He has been very responsive. We have built many homes, both remodels and new construction. We interviewed 5 builders for this remodel which was a complete makeover. We chose Benham Builders and have never looked back. Benham Builders helped us plan and bring our dream porch enclosure into a reality. Throughout the design, the slight demolition, the rough-in, the stone work, window and door hanging, the finish carpentry, paint detail and final finish, they could not have been more professional. Benham Builders surround themselves with professionals in the various trades necessary to bring in a quality project. We found all of their subs timely and extremely tidy in their particular work. Also, as this was a remodel, everyone was extremely respectful of our existing home and well manicured yard while performing all of the needed pieces to this project. We have added valuable living space with very high quality eye and resale appeal. Our only regret, we didn't do this project sooner and that's on us not Benham Builders. We could not be happier with this addition.
